Mobile Detailing Scheduling With Google Calendar Sync (2026)
If you detail cars from a van and your day lives in Google Calendar, QuoteIQ is the scheduling software with Google Calendar sync I'd put a mobile detailing business on in 2026. Its sync runs both ways: jobs land on your Google calendar, and your personal events block time inside QuoteIQ. I co-founded QuoteIQ and run my own pressure cleaning business on it, so ranking it first is my stated position, not a lab result. Below are seven alternatives, what each one's Google Calendar sync actually does, and where each one beats mine.
TL;DR
QuoteIQ: two-way Google Calendar sync starting on the Beginner plan at $99.99 a month. The $29.99 Essentials plan doesn't include it.
Square Appointments: two-way as well, but only on its Plus or Premium plans.
Acuity Scheduling: two-way, and it blocks times already taken on your Google calendar. It's a booking tool, not a job system.
Jobber, Housecall Pro, Zenbooker and Workiz: one-way sync out to Google. Changes you make in Google don't flow back.
Urable: the detailing-specific pick, but its own site doesn't describe a native Google Calendar sync.
How I Picked These
I ranked these on one question: when a customer books a slot, does your Google calendar know, and does a personal event on that calendar keep the slot from being booked? I weighed whether sync runs one way or both, how fresh it stays, which plan it needs, what it costs for a one- or two-person van, and whether the tool also handles quotes, invoices and online booking. I use QuoteIQ on my own pressure cleaning business and co-founded it, so my pick is stated up front. My own business is pressure cleaning, and I haven't run the competitors on my jobs, so everything below about them comes from each vendor's pricing page and help center, checked October 2026. Where a vendor didn't publish a price, I say so. This ranking is aimed at solo detailers and crews of up to five working out of a van.

1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall for Mobile Detailers
What it is
QuoteIQ is the quote-to-invoice app I co-founded, with a mobile detailing page built around quotes, add-ons and real-time booking. Its Google Calendar sync is two-way. Scheduled jobs go to Google as events with a color per user, including every occurrence of a recurring job, reschedules and single cancellations. Your own Google events show on the QuoteIQ calendar as a private overlay that blocks your time.
Pricing
Sync starts on Beginner at $99.99 a month with two users. Pro is $199.99 with four users, Elite is $299.99 with ten, and Max is $699.99 with twenty, with extra users at $25 a month. The $29.99 Essentials plan doesn't include sync. Every plan has a 14-day trial. Prices checked October 2026.
Where it fits
A solo detailer or small crew that wants quote, schedule, invoice and Google Calendar in one app. On Elite and above, InstaSchedule lets customers pick an open slot after they approve a quote. For the wider picture, see my mobile detailing software roundup.
"I won't have to worry about missing a schedule date." — Michelle Rice (Google Play review)
Tradeoffs
The sync is owner-only, so a crew member won't see the option. It draws on your monthly IQ Credits (1,500 on Beginner, 3,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Elite, 8,000 on Max), the same pool the AI tools use, and syncing stops if the balance runs out. Only scheduling data syncs, and customers don't get Google invites. You can book a demo to see it first.
2. Square Appointments — Best Two-Way Sync Outside QuoteIQ
What it is
Square Appointments is a booking and calendar tool from the payments company. Its Google Calendar sync lets you choose import and export, import only, or export only.
Pricing
Square lists a free plan for solo professionals, but sync requires Plus or Premium. The pricing page showed placeholders instead of plan prices when I checked in October 2026, so confirm the current rates before you commit.
Where it fits
Detailers whose main need is a booking page plus a calendar that matches Google. Square says syncing is usually immediate, and up to about three minutes on busy calendars.
Tradeoffs
Imported Google events become personal block-out events, not appointments, so they don't trigger reminders. Only Square appointments export, and Square advises adding personal events in Google rather than in Square, because a re-sync can erase the ones created there. Its plan descriptions center on salons and growing teams rather than mobile field work.
3. Acuity Scheduling — Best Pure Booking Calendar
What it is
Acuity Scheduling is an appointment booking tool. Its features page describes two-way sync with Google Calendar and says it checks your synced calendar when a client books, so taken times can't be double-booked.
Pricing
Plans run $20, $34 and $61 a month on monthly billing for Starter, Standard and Premium, covering one calendar, up to six, and up to 36. Checked October 2026.
Where it fits
A solo detailer who has quoting and invoicing handled elsewhere and only needs a booking page that respects Google Calendar.
Tradeoffs
Acuity's setup article says that if you link several Google calendars, only the top one receives your Acuity appointments. I didn't find route planning or crew dispatch in the pages I read.
4. Jobber — Best-Known Field Service App, With One-Way Sync
What it is
Jobber markets a detailing page covering quoting with add-ons, scheduling, routing and invoicing. Its calendar sync is one-way: appointments flow out to Google, and your personal Google events don't appear in Jobber.
Pricing
Core is $49 a month on the no-commitment option, with extra users at $29 a month each. The help article lists no plan requirement for sync.
Where it fits
Detailers who want the biggest field service brand and use Google as a read-only view of their Jobber schedule. I compare the two in Jobber vs QuoteIQ for 2026.
Tradeoffs
You set up the feed in a browser, not the app, and the article says Google Calendar updates about every 12 hours with no manual refresh. Google also caps the feed at 1,111 items and pauses sync past that. Google can trail by hours when a customer reschedules.
5. Housecall Pro — Polished App, One-Way Push
What it is
Housecall Pro pushes jobs, estimates and events to Google Calendar through its Google Calendar integration.
Pricing
Basic is $79 a month with one user. Essentials is $189 for five users, and Max is $329 for eight users with extra users at $35 a month.
Where it fits
Solo operators who like a mainstream app and only need their Google calendar to mirror their jobs.
Tradeoffs
Sync is one-way: Housecall Pro's help article says moving an event in Google doesn't change the job. It needs web access, so field tech role employees can't use it.
6. Urable — Built for Detailers, No Native Calendar Sync
What it is
Urable targets automotive service businesses, including mobile detailers, with online booking, mapping and routing.
Pricing
Express is $70 a month, Pro is $110 and Enterprise is $183, all with unlimited users. Online booking starts on Pro.
Where it fits
Detailers who care more about auto-specific workflow than about syncing with Google.
Tradeoffs
Urable's site and pricing page don't describe a native Google Calendar sync. The pricing page points to Zapier for connecting a schedule to Google Calendar, which adds another tool to manage.
7. Zenbooker — Cheap Booking, One-Way Feed
What it is
Zenbooker is a booking and scheduling tool for service businesses. Its calendar syncing sends jobs and bookings to Google Calendar through a subscription link.
Pricing
Standard is $29 a month for two service territories, and Professional is $79 for eight. Every plan is month-to-month with unlimited team accounts and bookings, and one-way calendar syncing is included on all of them.
Where it fits
A budget-minded solo detailer who needs a booking widget and is fine with a Google calendar that trails behind.
Tradeoffs
Zenbooker's article says Google refreshes the feed about every 12 hours with no manual refresh, and Google events never come back into Zenbooker.
8. Workiz — One-Way Add-On, Quote-Only Pricing
What it is
Workiz is a field service management platform. Its calendar sync is an add-on you switch on in the Feature Center, then you subscribe Google Calendar to a feed URL.
Pricing
Workiz lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate with a Request pricing button, so I can't give you a price.
Where it fits
Teams that already plan to talk to a sales rep.
Tradeoffs
Sync is one-way, Workiz's article says Google refreshes about every 24 hours, and subcontractors aren't included in the user list.
What Operators Say
More from QuoteIQ's Google Play reviews. They're about scheduling in general, not the Google Calendar sync.
"Plus, it's 100% mobile, so it's easy to use in the field." — Jordan Holm (Google Play review)
"This app is the only reason I'm able to keep track of my quotes and schedule, would definitely recommend it to anyone starting out." — Chris Garner (Google Play review)
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best scheduling software with Google Calendar sync for mobile detailing?
QuoteIQ is my pick, with the caveat that I co-founded it. Its Google Calendar sync runs both ways from the Beginner plan at $99.99 a month, so jobs appear in Google and your personal events block time in QuoteIQ. Square Appointments and Acuity Scheduling also sync both ways, but they're booking tools rather than quote-to-invoice systems. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Zenbooker and Workiz sync one way. Urable is built for detailers but doesn't describe a native sync. My scheduling roundup for auto detailers covers the wider category, and IBISWorld puts US car wash and detailing at $17.0 billion across 16,745 businesses in 2026.
Does Jobber sync two-way with Google Calendar?
No. Jobber's help article describes calendar sync as one-way, from Jobber out to your calendar app, and personal events don't appear in Jobber. You add a feed URL to Google Calendar from a browser, and the article says Google updates about every 12 hours with no manual refresh, and the feed covers two weeks back and 20 weeks ahead. A customer who reschedules at noon may not show correctly on Google until later, and an event you add in Google never blocks a Jobber slot. Jobber also links a separate help article on importing jobs from Google Calendar, which I haven't tested. Read the calendar sync article and Jobber's pricing before you decide.
How much does mobile detailing scheduling software with Google Calendar sync cost?
Starting prices for the tools here run from $20 to $99.99 a month. Acuity's Starter is $20, Zenbooker's Standard is $29, Jobber's Core is $49, Urable's Express is $70, Housecall Pro's Basic is $79, and QuoteIQ's Beginner, the first plan with sync, is $99.99. Workiz doesn't publish prices, and Square's page showed no plan prices when I checked. I used standard monthly rates, not annual discounts. Extra users add up too: Jobber charges $29 a month each, Housecall Pro's Max plan $35, and QuoteIQ $25. Labor is the bigger cost: BLS counts 365,290 vehicle cleaners with a median wage of $16.42 an hour (May 2023), so every idle hour after a double booking is paid time you don't get back.
Does Housecall Pro sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, one way. Housecall Pro's help article says jobs, estimates and events are pushed to Google Calendar, and editing an event in Google doesn't change the job in Housecall Pro. The integration needs web access, so field tech role employees can't use it. The article doesn't mention a plan requirement, and it doesn't say whether employee calendars are included. Because it only pushes, treat Google as a view and keep scheduling changes inside Housecall Pro. Basic is $79 a month with one user, per Housecall Pro's pricing page. If you want Google events to block time in your scheduling tool, look at Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling or QuoteIQ instead.
What is the difference between one-way and two-way Google Calendar sync?
One-way sync copies jobs from the scheduling tool into Google so you can see them on your phone, but Google changes never come back. Two-way sync also reads your Google calendar, so a supplier pickup or a dentist visit blocks that time in the scheduling tool. Square lets you choose import and export, import only, or export only, and Acuity says linked Google events can block time. Zenbooker and Workiz describe feeds that update about every 12 hours and 24 hours. Two-way matters most if personal appointments share your calendar; one-way is fine if Google is just a mirror. Ask any vendor which direction the sync runs and how fast before you buy.
Can I use Google Calendar alone to schedule mobile detailing jobs?
You can, but you'll retype every job. Google Calendar has no quotes, add-ons, invoices or customer approval, so each booking means copying names, addresses and prices by hand. That works at five jobs a week and hurts at twenty, and it leaves customers without a quote to approve or a record of what you promised. A scheduling tool with sync keeps Google as your personal view while the tool holds the customer record. If you stay on Google alone, put the address and package in the event title and set a reminder before drive time. For route planning, see my mobile detailing route software roundup, and for booking pages, my online booking guide for mobile detailers.
How does Google Calendar sync work in QuoteIQ?
The account owner connects a Google account in a four-step setup that takes about five minutes, chooses which job fields to send, sets a backfill window and runs Sync all. QuoteIQ jobs appear in Google as events with a color per user, and recurring jobs sync every occurrence. Your Google events show in QuoteIQ as a private overlay, and they carry no customer, estimate or invoice. Crew members on restricted permissions won't see the sync option at all. Syncing is metered in IQ Credits per event added to Google, and it's included on Beginner and above, not Essentials. Details are on QuoteIQ's sync page and pricing page.
Can I try mobile detailing scheduling software before paying?
With QuoteIQ you can: there's a 14-day trial on every plan, and a credit or debit card is required to start. The trial is for new subscribers, one per person. Annual billing on QuoteIQ is a separate upfront charge, so start monthly while you're deciding, and compare the totals on its pricing page. If you want to see the Google Calendar sync first, book a demo. For the alternatives, check each vendor's own trial terms on its pricing page, such as Jobber or Zenbooker, because those terms change. Whichever tool you pick, test it with one real recurring job and one personal event before you commit your whole schedule.
Bottom Line
If Google Calendar is where your day really lives, pick a tool whose sync runs both ways and fits your price point. For a one-van detailer who also wants quotes, invoices and booking in one place, that's QuoteIQ from Beginner at $99.99 a month. If you only need a booking page, Square Appointments and Acuity Scheduling are honest alternatives. Test your pick with a real recurring job and a personal event before you commit, and see QuoteIQ in a demo if you want to start there.
