Best CRM with MCP for Landscaping Companies (2026)
If you run a landscaping company and want Claude or ChatGPT working inside your CRM, I'd start with QuoteIQ in 2026. It ships an official MCP connector on every plan, starts at $29.99 a month, and holds changes for your approval by default. I co-founded QuoteIQ and run All American Pressure Cleaning on it, so ranking it first is my honest position. Five of the eight CRMs below have official MCP connectors; three popular landscaping platforms don't.
TL;DR
QuoteIQ — $29.99/mo, official MCP on every plan, changes wait for your approval. Best overall.
Jobber — $49/mo, official Claude connector and ChatGPT plugin since September 25, 2026.
LawnPro — $39/mo, official MCP on paid plans, built for lawn care and landscaping.
HubSpot and Pipedrive — official MCP servers for sales-led bid pipelines. HubSpot's CRM is free for two users.
Housecall Pro, LMN and Aspire — good landscaping tools, but I found no official MCP connector from any of them.
How I Picked These
I weighed four things: whether the vendor ships its own MCP connector rather than a community project, what that connector can read and change, how well the product fits recurring visits, estimates and crews, and standard month-to-month cost. Every competitor claim here comes from that vendor's published pricing and documentation pages, checked October 9, 2026. I skip a price when a page showed no clear monthly figure, and I haven't run the competitors on my own jobs, so I don't describe how they feel to use.
The ranking is for owner-operators up to mid-size crews. Landscaping services is a $176.7 billion US industry in 2026, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics counts about 1.3 million grounds maintenance workers earning a median $40,080 a year, so every office hour an assistant can take over matters. QuoteIQ is first because I use it and built it. The rest follow by how much usable MCP they ship, then by fit.
Quick Comparison
1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall CRM with MCP for Landscaping
What it is
QuoteIQ is the field service CRM I co-founded for home service contractors. Its MCP connector lets Claude, ChatGPT or Grok read your account and prepare changes in it: customers, estimates, invoices, schedules and tasks. The feature page now lists 224 tools across 22 business areas.
Pricing
Essentials is $29.99 a month with one user, and MCP is included on every plan, per the pricing page. Extra users are $25 a month on any plan.
Where it fits
Best if you want an assistant that can draft estimates, move jobs and chase unpaid invoices without holding the keys to the whole business. Landscapers also get MapMeasure Pro, which measures lawns from satellite imagery and saves the area to an estimate line, plus scheduling and invoicing. The landscaping page covers the rest.
"From the quoting tools to the email the customers receive, everything is professional and proficient." — Joseph Douglas (Google Play review)
Tradeoffs
The connector went live September 14, 2026, so it is weeks old. Changes wait for approval by default, which is safer but one more tap. Only the account owner can connect an assistant, MapMeasure Pro isn't on Essentials, and some tools are plan-gated, such as Client Hub tools from Pro.
2. Jobber — Best Established Name With Official MCP
What it is
Jobber is the field service software most landscapers have heard of. On September 25, 2026 it launched MCP, with a Jobber Plugin for ChatGPT and a Jobber Connector for Claude for all customers. Per the release, you can ask about clients, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices and visits, and update records from dictated notes.
Pricing
Core is $49 a month on month-to-month billing for one user, and each extra user is $29. Jobber's headline $29 figure is annual billing, so don't compare against it.
Where it fits
A strong pick if you want a widely used platform with a landscaping-specific setup: recurring visits, route optimization and a client portal. I compare the two head to head in my Jobber vs QuoteIQ breakdown.
Tradeoffs
The release doesn't describe an approval step, list the tools or say which plans it touches, so confirm that in Jobber's documentation. Costs climb with crew size.
3. LawnPro — Best for Lawn-Care-Heavy Landscapers
What it is
LawnPro is field service software aimed mainly at lawn care and landscaping companies. Its MCP feature connects ChatGPT or Claude to your customers, invoices, payments, visits and schedule. It can send texts and emails, complete visits, create invoices and record payments after you click Allow.
Pricing
Solo is free for one user, Startup is $39 a month for three logins, Grow is $129 for seven and Plus is $249 for fifteen, all standard monthly per the pricing page. MCP is included on Startup, Grow and Plus.
Where it fits
Best if lawn care is most of your revenue, with scheduling, routing and estimates for landscaping and lawn care crews.
Tradeoffs
Gemini isn't supported yet, and the examples lean lawn care more than design-build landscaping. Trusted connections can skip the Allow step if you turn that on.
4. HubSpot — Best Free CRM With an Official Claude Connector
What it is
HubSpot is a general sales CRM, not field service software. It runs an official remote MCP server behind its connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, and its Claude connector can read and write contacts, companies, deals, notes and tasks.
Pricing
The free CRM covers up to two users and 1,000 contacts, and the Claude connector is free too. Paid per-seat tiers exist on the pricing page, but I'm not quoting one because monthly and annual figures weren't clearly separated.
Where it fits
Worth a look for commercial landscaping and design-build firms that live in bid follow-up, with contact management and pipeline management.
Tradeoffs
It isn't built for scheduling crews or recurring visits, so you'd pair it with field service software.
5. Pipedrive — Best for Sales-Led Bid Pipelines
What it is
Pipedrive is a sales-pipeline CRM that launched a native MCP server on June 30, 2026. It works with ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that accept custom connections, and it can search deals, contacts and leads, create and update records and log activities. The MCP server page has the setup details.
Pricing
Pipedrive bills per seat, lists four paid plans on its pricing page and offers a 14-day trial. When I checked, the page showed only annual-billed rates, so I'm not quoting a month-to-month price.
Where it fits
Fits a landscaper who sells larger projects and wants a visual pipeline and a mobile CRM app.
Tradeoffs
Actions follow each user's permissions and land in change logs, but the announcement doesn't describe an approval step. Like HubSpot, it isn't field service software.
6. Housecall Pro — Best Field Service Features Without Official MCP
What it is
Housecall Pro is a field service platform with a landscaping and lawn care page, estimating, scheduling and route optimization. I found no official MCP connector. Community projects exist, such as this unofficial GitHub server, which states it isn't affiliated with Housecall Pro.
Pricing
Basic is $79 a month month-to-month for one user, Essentials is $189 for five users and Max is $329 for eight, per the pricing page. Max is also the plan that includes open API access and Zapier.
Where it fits
A solid field service choice for crews that want scheduling and estimating now and can wait on AI integrations. See my Housecall Pro vs QuoteIQ comparison.
Tradeoffs
With no official MCP, any Claude or ChatGPT link rests on a community server or middleware, and API access needs Max. Vet any server before you give it a key.
7. LMN — Best Budget-Based Estimating, No MCP Found
What it is
LMN, from Granum, is landscape software built around budget-based estimating, CRM, scheduling and job costing. I found no mention of MCP or AI assistant connectors on its product page, and its estimating page mentions only a Beam AI integration for plan takeoffs.
Pricing
Starter is $297 a month billed monthly with one office or crew lead license and five crew licenses. Professional is $648 with three office or crew lead licenses and 15 crew licenses. Enterprise is quote only, per the pricing page, which notes a one-time onboarding fee.
Where it fits
Strong for landscape contractors who price jobs from their own labor, equipment, material and overhead costs. LMN's own LMN vs Aspire comparison shows how it frames the choice.
Tradeoffs
It has the highest published entry price here, an onboarding fee, and no MCP that I could find.
8. Aspire — Full Landscape Operations Suite, No MCP Found
What it is
Aspire is a landscape business platform covering estimating, scheduling, job costing, CRM, invoicing, accounting and payroll for landscaping, snow removal, landscape construction and grounds maintenance. Its homepage shows no MCP or AI assistant connector. Search results for "Aspire MCP" point to aspireapp.com, a different company that makes finance software.
Pricing
I couldn't load a public price list, and the site points buyers to a quote request, so treat any figure you see elsewhere as reported, not confirmed.
Where it fits
Fits landscape and grounds maintenance companies that want estimating and property measurement in a full software suite.
Tradeoffs
Quote-only pricing and no MCP connector that I could find.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best CRM with MCP for landscaping companies in 2026?
QuoteIQ is my pick, with the caveat that I co-founded it. It has an official MCP connector on every plan, starts at $29.99 a month, and holds changes for your approval by default. Jobber and LawnPro also ship official connectors and are strong choices if you prefer their landscaping setups. HubSpot and Pipedrive have official MCP servers too but are sales CRMs, not field service tools. Housecall Pro, LMN and Aspire have no official connector that I could find as of October 9, 2026. Whichever you choose, confirm which plans include the connector and what it can change. For the wider field, see my best landscaping software roundup.
What is MCP, and why would a landscaping company use it?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT connect to outside systems and take actions in them. In a landscaping CRM it means you can ask an assistant for tomorrow's visits, unpaid invoices or open estimates and get answers from your own records instead of retyping them. For a crew-based business, that turns office chores like follow-ups and schedule checks into a sentence you type or say. Setup is usually a copied connector link and a sign-in, not a custom integration. The connector, not the chatbot, decides what the assistant is allowed to see and change.
What can Claude or ChatGPT do inside a landscaping CRM?
It depends on the connector. With QuoteIQ, the documented tools include finding customers, listing estimates, checking unpaid invoices, reading today's agenda and checking schedule availability, and, with your approval, creating estimates and invoices or marking visits done. LawnPro adds gate codes, chemicals applied and equipment due for maintenance, and can send texts and emails after you click Allow. Jobber's release highlights approved quotes never scheduled and finished jobs never invoiced. Ask any vendor for its full tool list and plan requirements before you buy. I also covered the QuoteIQ MCP connector launch.
Does Jobber have an MCP connector for Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Jobber announced MCP on September 25, 2026, with a Jobber Plugin for ChatGPT and a Jobber Connector for Claude, available to all customers through its app marketplace, according to its press release. The release says you can ask about clients, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices and visits, and update records from notes. It doesn't describe an approval model or list tools, so check Jobber's pricing and documentation before you rely on it. The connector is only weeks old, so I'd run it on real questions for a while before trusting it with anything that changes records, such as invoices or schedules.
Do Housecall Pro, LMN or Aspire have an MCP connector?
Not an official one that I could find on October 9, 2026. Housecall Pro lists open API access on its Max plan, and community MCP servers exist that say they aren't affiliated with it. LMN's product page and Aspire's site mention no MCP or AI assistant connector. Don't confuse Aspire's landscape software with aspireapp.com, a finance company that does have an MCP server. Ask each vendor about its roadmap, including which plans a connector would cover, what it could change and whether changes need your approval. Until an official connector ships, any link to Claude or ChatGPT depends on a third party.
How much does a landscaping CRM with MCP cost?
On standard month-to-month pricing, QuoteIQ starts at $29.99 a month with MCP on every plan, LawnPro Startup is $39 and Jobber Core is $49. Housecall Pro Basic is $79 but has no official MCP. HubSpot's CRM is free for two users, and LMN starts at $297 plus an onboarding fee. Aspire is quote-only, and Pipedrive bills per seat. Extra users are $25 a month on QuoteIQ and $29 on Jobber. These are entry prices for a small crew, so price the tier you would actually run and confirm it includes the connector. Prices change, so confirm the figures on each vendor's page before you buy. I checked each pricing page on October 9, 2026.
Is it safe to connect Claude or ChatGPT to my landscaping CRM?
It can be, if the connector limits what the assistant can change. QuoteIQ and LawnPro both hold changes for your approval by default, and QuoteIQ reads run without approval while sends and payments need in-chat confirmation. Pipedrive follows each user's permissions and logs every action, while HubSpot's connector has read and write access under your account controls. Connect as the account owner, start with read-only questions, review anything the assistant drafts before you approve it, and disconnect an assistant when you stop using it. Treat the connection like any other login and give it only the access the job needs.
How do I connect QuoteIQ to Claude or ChatGPT?
As the account owner, open Settings, then Automation, then AI Assistant (MCP) in QuoteIQ and copy the connector link, which contains no API key. In Claude, add it as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode and create a connector with OAuth, which needs a paid ChatGPT plan. Then sign in to QuoteIQ and press Connect. The QuoteIQ MCP page says setup takes about two minutes. Start with a read-only question like tomorrow's schedule, then try a draft estimate and approve it yourself. QuoteIQ has a 14-day free trial, and a credit or debit card is required to start. You can also book a demo.
Bottom Line
If you want Claude or ChatGPT working on your landscaping jobs today, QuoteIQ is the one I'd run, and yes, I built it, so judge it against the pricing and feature pages I linked. Jobber and LawnPro are the strongest alternatives with official connectors, and HubSpot is worth a free look if your pain is bid follow-up. For lawn-care-only shops, my best CRM for lawn care companies roundup goes deeper. When you're ready, book a QuoteIQ demo and bring your own estimate and schedule.
