Best Stripe Integration Software for Cleaners (2026)
I co-founded QuoteIQ and run my own pressure washing company on it, so I put it first for cleaning companies: card and bank payments, saved cards and recurring auto-pay come on every plan from $29.99 a month, in the same app that quotes, schedules and invoices the job. The catch, given the title, is that QuoteIQ Payments runs on Stripe for accounts set up on Stripe and on Whop for newer ones. If you need your own Stripe dashboard, ZenMaid, GorillaDesk, BookingKoala and Launch27 connect to the account you already hold. Here are all eight, with standard monthly prices I checked on October 16, 2026.
TL;DR
QuoteIQ: from $29.99 a month. Payments, saved cards and recurring auto-pay on every plan; Stripe on accounts set up on Stripe, Whop on newer accounts.
ZenMaid: from $19 a month. Built for maid services; you connect your own Stripe or Square account.
GorillaDesk: from $49 a month. Stripe or Square cards on file and subscription billing for recurring routes.
BookingKoala: from $27 a month. Online booking that charges automatically after the job, through Stripe or three other processors.
Launch27: $75 a month. Stripe holds, captures and team payouts for maid services.
Jobber, Housecall Pro and Stripe Invoicing: ranks 6 to 8. Stripe-backed payments in broader field service apps, or plain invoicing at 0.4% per paid invoice.
How I Picked These
I started with one question: which tools can a cleaning company connect to Stripe, or run on Stripe, without bolting on a second system? I kept a product if a page on its own site names Stripe or, in QuoteIQ's case, if I can describe its payments processor accurately because I help run the company. Then I read each vendor's published pricing page on October 16, 2026 and recorded standard month-to-month prices, not annual discounts or first-period promotions. Processing rates appear only where the vendor or Stripe prints them. I run a pressure washing company and co-founded QuoteIQ, which is why it ranks first and why I tell you where it falls short. I have not used the seven other tools, so everything about them comes from their own pages, linked throughout. I left out products whose pages I could not read or that never mention Stripe. This list is for owners of maid services, residential and commercial cleaning companies and move-out crews who want the payment to land in an account they understand.

1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall for Cleaning Companies That Want Payments Built In
What it is
QuoteIQ is the field service app I co-founded and use in my own pressure washing company. It quotes, schedules, invoices and collects payment in one place. For cleaning companies that means Package Estimates with Standard, Deep and Move-In/Move-Out tiers, recurring Invoice Subscriptions that charge a saved card each cycle, and QuickPay, a payment link with a QR code you can send without building an estimate or invoice first. Customers can pay by card, ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the online payments feature, and deposits and partial payments work at checkout.
Pricing
Standard monthly prices from the pricing page: Essentials $29.99 (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20), with extra users at $25 a month on any plan and a 14-day trial. Invoicing and online payments are included on every plan. Mass Invoicing, which bills a night's finished cleans in one pass, starts at Beginner, and QuickBooks Online sync starts at Pro. Processing fees are separate from the plan price and QuoteIQ does not publish a flat rate, so read the fee screen in your own account during the trial.
Where it fits
A one-owner cleaning company that wants quote, schedule, invoice and auto-pay in one app, all the way up to crews of twenty on Max. Commercial accounts get Net 15, 30, 60 or 90 terms and ACH, and my route software roundup for cleaning companies covers the routing side, which starts at Elite. If you clean carpets too, my carpet cleaning software roundup covers that trade. You can book a demo and ask which processor your account would run on.
"Found this app from a YouTube video, didn’t think it was all that till I tried it… it changed my life." — Eli Hordiner (App Store review)
Tradeoffs
The one that matters for this list: payments on your customers' invoices run on Stripe for accounts that were set up on Stripe and on Whop for newer accounts. The account's history decides, so there is no processor choice. If you want a Stripe dashboard you control, ZenMaid or GorillaDesk fit better. A business on Whop must also finish identity verification and turn on payouts before customers can pay online, so do that before your first booking day. ACH takes 3 to 5 business days to clear, extra users cost $25 a month, and QuickBooks Desktop is not supported. I run exterior cleaning, not a maid service, and my bookkeeping software roundup for cleaning businesses covers the accounting side.
2. ZenMaid — Best for Maid Services That Plug in Their Own Stripe Account
What it is
ZenMaid is scheduling and client software built for residential maid services. It does not process cards itself: you connect Stripe or Square in the billing settings, and ZenMaid says it adds no fees on top of what they charge. Clients pay by an invoice link sent by email or text, and their card is saved to their profile for later. The invoicing page shows which completed jobs already have a card on file.
Pricing
The ZenMaid pricing article lists Starter at $19 a month (up to 40 appointments), Pro at $39 and Pro Max at $49, with extra users at $4, $14 and $24 on those plans. Annual plans are available on request. Processing fees come from Stripe or Square; Stripe's published US rate for online card payments is 2.9% plus 30 cents.
Where it fits
A maid service that runs on a calendar and charges after each clean. Once a card is saved you can charge completed appointments in bulk with one click. It is the lowest entry price among the cleaning-specific tools in this list.
Tradeoffs
ZenMaid does not support deposits or pre-authorizations, you create invoices manually, and automatic recurring charges are set up inside Stripe or Square rather than in ZenMaid. The pages I read do not mention bank (ACH) payments.
3. GorillaDesk — Best for Recurring Cleaning Billing on Stripe Subscriptions
What it is
GorillaDesk markets field service software to cleaning businesses and runs card processing on Stripe or Square. Its Stripe page lists cards on file, payment links in invoice emails and late-payment reminders, subscription billing on weekly, monthly or quarterly schedules, automatic past-due reminders and customer portal payments. A help article on Stripe versus Square explains the choice, and its academy has a Stripe and Square lesson.
Pricing
The pricing page shows Basic at $49 a month and Pro at $99, priced for one route, with no setup fees. Growth is shown at $149 but its sign-up links carry $299, so confirm before you subscribe. Basic lists Square and Stripe integration for online payments, and Pro adds Stripe and Square subscriptions. The help article puts Stripe's charge at 2.9% plus 30 cents with no setup, monthly or card storage fees, and says Stripe pays out every 48 hours.
Where it fits
Recurring cleaning routes where you want a saved card charged on a schedule instead of invoice by invoice. GorillaDesk also has a separate card processing page and lists QuickBooks Online sync on its cleaning page.
Tradeoffs
The pages I read do not state a trial length and do not mention ACH, and the Stripe page does not say whether GorillaDesk adds a charge of its own to the 2.9% plus 30 cents it quotes. The Growth price mismatch is worth a call before you sign.
4. BookingKoala — Best for Online Booking With Automatic Post-Job Charges
What it is
BookingKoala is online booking and management software for service businesses, and its features page uses a cleaning company as the main example. Its processor overview says it connects to Stripe, Square, PayPal through Braintree or Authorize.net, one at a time, and that it is not a payment processor and stores no card details. For Stripe you enter your keys, per its Stripe setup article, and each charge is deposited into your Stripe account.
Pricing
The pricing page shows monthly prices that start at $27 for Starter (5 providers), $57 for Growing (15) and $197 for Premium (50), with no contracts. The page says BookingKoala adds no transaction fees of its own; the processor you connect sets them. The page heading and body disagree on the trial length, so confirm it before you sign up.
Where it fits
Cleaning companies that take bookings online and want charging to happen without anyone clicking. The payment settings article lets you turn automatic charging on by service, charge immediately after the job length passes, a set number of hours after completion or the next day, and cancel a booking if a pre-charge is not collected 24 hours before the start.
Tradeoffs
Setup runs on API keys rather than a one-click connect, pricing scales with provider count, and the Stripe article does not say which plans include Stripe. The pages I read do not mention ACH. You can connect only one processor at a time.
5. Launch27 — Best for Maid Services That Want Stripe Holds and Team Payouts
What it is
Launch27 is booking and management software for maid services. Its demo page names Stripe as the only gateway it covers, with videos on connecting a Stripe account, charging cards, placing a hold and capturing it later, refunding charges and paying teams by transferring Stripe funds to their bank accounts. Its cleaning company software page says customers' payment methods are verified before the appointment.
Pricing
The pricing page lists Base at $75 a month, Pro at $150 and Plus at $299, with unlimited users and bookings and 15% off annual billing. Plus lists automatic pre-authorization and automatic charging on cards. The pricing page does not name Stripe or state processing fees. The cleaning page lists card integration as a Pro feature and shows Pro at $125, so confirm which plan includes card processing before you subscribe.
Where it fits
A maid service that wants to hold a card at booking, capture after the clean and pay cleaners out of Stripe. Launch27 lists its features for maid services and a demo library on its site.
Tradeoffs
It has the highest entry price among the cleaning-specific tools here, the two pages disagree on plan details, and I found no processing rates or ACH mention.
6. Jobber — Best for Teams That Want Stripe-Backed Payments in a Broader App
What it is
Jobber is general field service software, and its Stripe integration page lists cleaning among its industries. Jobber Payments is the built-in processor on every plan, and a Jobber help article says Stripe hosts the business verification form and is the platform Jobber Payments are processed through. You can instead connect Square, Authorize.net, PayPal Express or Stripe as a third-party integration in US, Canada and Australia accounts.
Pricing
The pricing page shows month-to-month Core at $49 (1 user), Connect at $139 (1 user) or $199 (5), Grow at $199 (1) or $299 (5) and Plus at $499 (5), with extra users at $29 and a 14-day trial. Jobber lists 2.9% plus 30 cents for cards, 2.7% plus 30 cents for Tap to Pay, 1% for US ACH and 1% more for instant payouts. See Jobber Payments basics for saved cards, automatic payments and the card reader.
Where it fits
Companies running cleaning alongside other service lines, or teams that want a client hub and reminders. I wrote a full Jobber versus QuoteIQ breakdown if you are weighing the two.
Tradeoffs
Third-party integrations lack saved cards, automatic recurring billing, deposits from saved cards, refunds inside Jobber, card reader support and tipping, so most cleaning companies stay on Jobber Payments, where the rates are Jobber's and not your own Stripe account's. At five users Jobber Connect is $199 a month, while QuoteIQ Pro with one extra user is $224.99, so Jobber is the cheaper of the two at that headcount.
7. Housecall Pro — Best for Crews That Collect in the Field With Card Readers
What it is
Housecall Pro publishes cleaning-specific content, including a guide to collecting cleaning payments. Its built-in Housecall Pro Payments takes cards, Tap to Pay or a card reader, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay and mobile check deposits. A help article on Stripe calls Stripe its integrated processor and says you are not restricted to it, though you cannot use the in-app card option without it. Its payments page adds card on file, which charges the saved card once the job is complete.
Pricing
The pricing page shows Basic at $79 a month (1 user), Essentials at $189 (5) and Max at $329 (8, with $35 per extra user). The page labels only Basic's $59 as billed annually, so I read $79 as the monthly price from its savings callouts; confirm at checkout. The processing options article lists 2.59% for a card reader or Tap to Pay, 2.99% when a customer pays a digital invoice online, 3.49% for a saved or manually entered card and for Amex, and 1% for ACH.
Where it fits
Crews that take payment on site, want instant payouts (Instapay pays in about 30 minutes for a further 1%) or already run other trades through Housecall Pro.
Tradeoffs
Saved cards sit at the highest card rate, which matters if your weekly clients pay that way. The processing options article lists rates but does not name Stripe, while the separate help article does, so confirm the processor on your own account.
8. Stripe Invoicing — Best for Owners Who Only Need to Send Invoices
What it is
Stripe Invoicing is Stripe's own billing product. Starter includes a hosted invoice page, a customer portal, automatic collection with smart retries and email reminders, and automatic reconciliation of ACH and wire payments. Plus adds quotes. The Stripe documentation covers setup.
Pricing
The invoicing pricing page lists 0.4% per paid invoice on Starter and 0.5% on Plus, with custom pricing through sales and no fixed fees or setup costs. Stripe Payments pricing applies on top: Stripe's pricing page lists 2.9% plus 30 cents for US online card payments, 0.8% for ACH Direct Debit capped at $5, and 1.5% for Instant Payouts with a 50 cent minimum. Stripe's Invoicing pricing support article confirms the per-invoice fees.
Where it fits
A solo cleaner or small crew on a paper or phone calendar who just wants a branded invoice and a pay link, or a business whose main tool lacks payments.
Tradeoffs
The pages I read describe invoices, quotes and collection, not crew scheduling, routing or recurring cleaning plans, so you need a separate system for the work itself, and you pay the invoicing fee on top of processing.
What Operators Say
None of these reviewers is tagged as a cleaning company in QuoteIQ's review database. They are operators from other trades, and I am quoting their words exactly.
"Awesome app, can't wait to see how much it can help me grow my business." — Lawrence Yaw (Google Play review)
"This is an excellent tool for all of us in this industry, no doubt about it." — Edwin Cintron (App Store review)
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best Stripe integration software for cleaning companies in 2026?
It depends on whether you want your own Stripe account or payments built into the app. I rank QuoteIQ first because online payments, saved cards and recurring auto-pay come on every plan from $29.99 a month, but its payments run on Stripe only for accounts set up on Stripe and on Whop for newer ones. To connect your own Stripe account, ZenMaid starts at $19 a month, GorillaDesk at $49, BookingKoala from $27 and Launch27 at $75. If you only need to bill, Stripe Invoicing charges 0.4% per paid invoice. These are standard monthly prices I checked on October 16, 2026. Card processing fees come on top of every plan, so compare rates as well as monthly prices.
How much does Stripe charge a cleaning company per payment?
Stripe's published US rate for online card payments is 2.9% plus 30 cents per successful domestic card transaction, ACH Direct Debit is 0.8% capped at $5, and Instant Payouts cost 1.5% with a 50 cent minimum, per Stripe's pricing page. On a $180 recurring clean that is $5.52 by card and $1.44 by bank transfer. Vendors that resell payments set their own rates: Jobber lists 2.9% plus 30 cents for cards and 1% for ACH, and Housecall Pro lists 2.99% for an online invoice and 3.49% for a saved card. QuoteIQ does not publish a flat rate because fees vary by payment method and account, so read the fee screen in your own account during the trial.
Which cleaning software lets me connect my own Stripe account?
Five tools in this list let you connect an account you already hold. ZenMaid connects to Stripe or Square and says it adds no fees of its own. GorillaDesk runs card processing on Stripe or Square and puts subscriptions on Pro. BookingKoala connects to Stripe, Square, PayPal through Braintree or Authorize.net, one at a time. Launch27 covers connecting a Stripe account in its demos. Jobber also supports a Stripe integration, but without saved cards or automatic recurring billing. Check which plans include the connection before you buy; the ZenMaid and BookingKoala pages I read do not say. The other three entries on this list handle Stripe differently, and their sections explain how.
Can cleaning software charge a customer's card automatically after each clean?
Yes, but the method differs. BookingKoala can charge immediately after the job length passes, a set number of hours after completion or the next day, by service. Launch27 lists automatic charging and pre-authorization on Plus at $299 a month. GorillaDesk lists subscription billing on Pro at $99. ZenMaid charges completed appointments in one click, but automatic recurring charges are set up inside Stripe or Square. Jobber and Housecall Pro charge saved cards, and QuoteIQ's Invoice Subscriptions charge a saved card every cycle on every plan. Test one real weekly client in the trial, and read my recurring billing roundup for cleaners if autopay is your main need.
Is ACH cheaper than card payments for recurring cleaning clients?
Usually, yes. At the published rates, a $180 clean costs $5.52 in Stripe card fees versus $1.44 by Stripe ACH. Jobber and Housecall Pro both list 1% for bank payments, or $1.80 on the same invoice. The catch is time: QuoteIQ's invoicing page says bank payments usually take 3 to 5 business days to clear, and Housecall Pro says some can take up to 7. The ZenMaid, BookingKoala and GorillaDesk pages I read describe card payments and do not mention ACH. Nacha reports the ACH Network carried about 35.2 billion payments in 2025, with business-to-business volume up almost 10%, so offer ACH to office accounts first.
Does QuoteIQ work with Stripe?
For some accounts, and I would rather you hear that from me than find out at setup. QuoteIQ Payments, which handles your customers' invoice payments, runs on Stripe for accounts that were set up on Stripe and on Whop for accounts set up since. There is no processor choice, because the account's history decides, and the invoicing page names both. Cards, ACH, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported, and a business on Whop must finish identity verification and turn on payouts before customers can pay online. If you want a Stripe dashboard you control, ZenMaid, GorillaDesk or BookingKoala fit better. The trial runs 14 days on every plan, and a credit or debit card is required to start. Book a demo and ask which processor your account would use.
Can I use Stripe Invoicing instead of cleaning software?
You can, if billing is the only job you need done. Stripe Invoicing charges 0.4% per paid invoice on Starter and 0.5% on Plus, which adds quotes, and Stripe's payments pricing applies on top. Starter includes a hosted invoice page, a customer portal, smart retries, email reminders and automatic reconciliation of ACH and wire payments. On a $180 clean that is $0.72 in invoicing fees plus $5.52 by card, or $6.24 in total, versus $2.16 by ACH. The pages I read describe invoices, quotes and collection, not crew scheduling, routing or recurring cleaning plans, so most companies outgrow it once they have more than one cleaner. I rank it last for that reason, not because the billing is weak.
What payment methods do cleaning customers use in 2026?
Mostly cards from homeowners and bank transfers from businesses. The Federal Reserve's payments study, released July 1, 2026, counted 187.7 billion card payments in 2024 out of 236.6 billion noncash payments, with debit at 120.6 billion and credit at 67.1 billion, plus 39.7 billion ACH payments. Nacha says the ACH Network carried about 35.2 billion payments worth roughly $93 trillion in 2025. On the labor side, the Bureau of Labor Statistics counts 2,432,600 janitors and building cleaners in 2025, a figure that excludes maids and housekeeping cleaners. For a home client, offer a saved card; for an office, offer ACH. My employee scheduling roundup for cleaning companies covers the crew side.
Bottom Line
If you want your clients' payments, saved cards and recurring auto-pay in the same app that books and invoices the clean, start with QuoteIQ and ask which processor your account runs on. Book a demo and bring one real weekly client. If a Stripe dashboard you control is the requirement, pick ZenMaid for a small maid service, GorillaDesk for recurring routes or BookingKoala for online booking, and keep Stripe Invoicing in your back pocket if all you need is a pay link. Whatever you choose, run one client through a full billing cycle in the trial before you move your list.
