In-Home Sales Presentation Software for Roofing Reps (2026)
The best in-home sales presentation software for roofing reps is the one that lets you measure the roof, show three price tiers, offer monthly payments and collect a signature before you leave the driveway. I co-founded QuoteIQ, and it's my pick because that full set starts at $99.99 a month on its Beginner plan (plans start at $29.99), though it isn't a guided presentation tool like Solo or Leap. Here are all eight, with prices I checked in October 2026 and the tradeoffs I'd want to know about; if you mostly need a tablet estimating app, start with my iPad app roundup for roofing estimators.
TL;DR
QuoteIQ — measure, show Good/Better/Best, offer financing and get a signature from one app. $99.99 a month for the full set, plans from $29.99. My pick, with the co-founder caveat.
Solo Roofing Studio — a purpose-built guided presentation with good-better-best and built-in financing. Demo-only pricing.
Leap SalesPro — multi-lender financing and in-home signing for teams of closers. Its pricing page lists SalesPro from $750 a month.
GAF Present — $35 per user per month for a branded presentation that works offline. It presents; it doesn't estimate or close.
Roofr — multi-option proposals and unlimited e-signatures from $249 a month, with a free tier to test.
AccuLynx, JobNimbus SumoQuote and ServiceTitan — worth a look if you already run them. All three are quote-only.
How I Picked These
I co-founded QuoteIQ and I use it in my own pressure washing business, so I'm not a roofer and I'm not a neutral party. I ranked these eight on what a rep needs at the kitchen table: can you measure the roof, show options, offer monthly payments and get a signature before you leave, and what does that cost per rep. Every competitor price and feature comes from the vendor's own pages, read on October 19, 2026. I haven't used the other seven, so I say so when a page doesn't state something. I used standard monthly prices only and skipped annual discounts. The ranking is for roofing reps and owners; the BLS counts about 166,900 roofers in 2025 and projects 5% growth through 2035, so plenty of crews are chasing the same homeowners.

1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall for Roofing Reps
What it is
I use QuoteIQ in my own business and co-founded it, so this is my pick and I'll tell you where it falls short. Its Options Estimates let a rep build Good, Better and Best tiers from a price book on one estimate, text or email it, and let the homeowner compare the tiers side by side, pick one and sign. MapMeasure Pro measures the roof from satellite imagery before you drive out, and the Proposals page describes a branded document with your company story, photos and reviews. For more on that side, see my roofing proposal software roundup.
Pricing
Essentials is $29.99 (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20), with extra users at $25 and a 14-day trial, per the pricing page updated September 15, 2026. The Options Estimates page says every plan includes it, but e-signatures and MapMeasure Pro start at Beginner, so a rep who measures, shows tiers and signs should plan on $99.99. Consumer financing is on every plan through Stripe. Some older QuoteIQ pages still show earlier prices; I used the pricing page.
Where it fits
Owner-operators and small teams of reps who want to quote, show options and close from one app without a big software commitment. If you want a scripted presentation your closers click through step by step, look at Solo or Leap. You can book a QuoteIQ demo to see the estimate flow before you decide.
Tradeoffs
I can't point to a dedicated guided in-home presentation mode on QuoteIQ's pages; the homeowner reads an estimate or proposal, and you don't click through a scripted deck. Proposals cost 100 IQ Credits per estimate on Essentials, Beginner and Pro and are unlimited on Elite and Max, and AI AutoMeasure costs 100 credits per surface. Financing is buy-now-pay-later through Stripe (Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay) at typically about 6% + 30¢ per transaction. Monthly amounts can show on the estimate, but the page places the application at invoice checkout, and it doesn't say whether a homeowner can apply from the estimate itself. The pages I read don't state offline use.

2. Solo Roofing Studio — Best Guided Presentation
What it is
Solo launched Roofing Studio on July 22, 2026 as an end-to-end sales platform, per the Mann Report. Its Roofing Studio page describes a guided in-home presentation, a good-better-best selector, AI roof measurement, financing built into the proposal through a multi-lender marketplace, and closing documents created automatically and ready to sign.
Pricing
Solo publishes no prices. Its pricing page says plans depend on usage, support level and scale, includes unlimited users and concierge onboarding, and sends you to a demo.
Where it fits
Roofing companies with several reps who need the same guided sales flow in every living room and don't need a price on the website. The sales software page shows Solo serves solar companies too, and the Solo site lists studios for other trades.
Tradeoffs
Demo-only buying, a roofing product that launched this summer, and no offline use mentioned on its pages. I haven't used it, so this is what Solo says about itself.
3. Leap SalesPro — Best for Multi-Lender Financing
What it is
Leap's roofing page describes SalesPro proposals with tiered pricing options, product photos and scope. It connects to Hover, EagleView or other Leap measurement integrations to build an estimate during the appointment, and it runs one financing application through multiple lenders, including GreenSky and Pure Finance. Reps capture signed agreements on an iPad or mobile device in the home.
Pricing
SalesPro is priced apart from Leap's CRM. Leap's pricing page lists SalesPro Premium starting at $750 a month with six users, sold through a demo. The CRM's Essential plan is $79 a month for one user and Team starts at $298 plus $99 per added user, and all plans are one-year contracts paid monthly. Treat $750 as a floor.
Where it fits
Teams of closers who sell financed jobs and want a purpose-built in-home tool. Leap's own blog post on in-home sales software ranks Leap first and says SalesPro works offline on iOS, so read it the way you'd read mine.
Tradeoffs
A one-year contract, a separate SalesPro price, and a lender count that varies on its own page (up to 12 in one place, 10+ in the FAQ). Offline use appears in Leap's blog but not on its roofing page. I haven't used it.
4. GAF Present — Best Low-Cost Presentation Layer
What it is
GAF Present is an interactive presentation tool for in-home roofing sales. A GAF blog post says it opens with your company story (photos, a timeline, testimonials), moves to product content GAF manages, and gives owners analytics on sessions, slide usage and team performance.
Pricing
$35 per user per month on a monthly contract with no annual commitment, per the GAF Present page. Any contractor can sign up regardless of certification level, and access starts with a demo request.
Where it fits
A rep who already estimates in another tool and wants a polished, branded presentation for the kitchen table. The page says it supports offline presentations and is optimized for laptops and tablets, and GAF is the shingle manufacturer behind it.
Tradeoffs
It presents; it doesn't estimate, finance or collect signatures, at least not on the page I read. The product half of the presentation is GAF's content. I haven't used it.
5. AccuLynx — Best for Full Roofing Production
What it is
AccuLynx's estimating page lists good-better-best tiered options, reusable templates, aerial measurements ordered through EagleView and GAF QuickMeasure, material pricing from QXO, ABC Supply and SRS Distribution, an AccuFi financing link on the estimate where homeowners can view offers and apply, and in-person or electronic signing. AccuLynx also has an article on switching to a good-better-best estimate system.
Pricing
No published prices. The pricing page is titled "Get AccuLynx Pricing" and points to a custom quote and a demo.
Where it fits
An established roofing company that wants the rep's presentation inside the same system as production and supplier ordering. See the AccuLynx site for the full product.
Tradeoffs
Quote-only pricing, and the page I read doesn't describe a dedicated presentation mode or offline use. It's a lot of system if all you need is the appointment. I haven't used it.
6. JobNimbus SumoQuote — Best for Branded Tier Proposals
What it is
SumoQuote is the proposal tool JobNimbus acquired. The SumoQuote page lists good/better/best pricing, signing on the spot, monthly payment options inside the proposal, and a mobile app for building, presenting and getting signatures from the field.
Pricing
No prices. The JobNimbus pricing page shows "Request pricing" on every plan; Essentials allows up to 3 users, Pro up to 10 and Premium up to 19. The SumoQuote page says the estimating experience is included with every JobNimbus subscription, but the pricing page doesn't list SumoQuote in any plan, so ask which plan has it.
Where it fits
Roofers already running JobNimbus as their CRM, where proposals and pipeline live together. I compared the two in JobNimbus vs QuoteIQ.
Tradeoffs
Quote-only pricing, you buy a CRM to get the proposals, and offline use isn't mentioned on the page. I haven't used it.
7. Roofr — Best Budget Multi-Option Proposals
What it is
Roofr Proposals lets you build proposals with multiple options the customer selects when they sign, names Good/Better/Best in its templates, offers unlimited e-signatures and branded templates, and says you can send proposals from your phone. Roofr also publishes a multi-option proposals guide.
Pricing
Monthly-billed on the pricing page: Starter $0 (10 trial proposals and e-signatures in total), Essentials $249 and Scale $349, all with unlimited users. Financing through GoodLeap for U.S. residents is on Essentials and Scale. Measurement reports run $19 each on Starter and $13 on Essentials and Scale. I left out Measure+ because the page shows conflicting prices for it.
Where it fits
A roofing owner who wants multi-option proposals and e-signature on a budget, with a free tier to test the workflow. Start at Roofr.
Tradeoffs
No guided presentation mode, tablet and offline use aren't stated on the proposals page, and the page doesn't say which plan includes multi-option templates. Financing is GoodLeap only. I haven't used it.
8. ServiceTitan — Best if You Already Run ServiceTitan
What it is
ServiceTitan's roofing sales visit guide describes a Proposal Builder that bundles several estimates into one document the rep can preview, download as a PDF, present on screen and email as a link with an expiration date. Estimates come from spec-based templates, which the guide says are in private preview.
Pricing
No prices. The pricing page lists three packages, each with Request Pricing, and says pricing is per technician.
Where it fits
A residential roofer already on ServiceTitan that wants proposals tied to dispatch and reporting. ServiceTitan also has a roofing proposal template page.
Tradeoffs
The guide doesn't describe signing or financing in this workflow, and it frames options as multiple estimates rather than good-better-best tiers. Quote-only pricing, and the template feature is in private preview. I haven't used it.
What Operators Say
None of these reviewers is tagged as a roofer in QuoteIQ's review database, so read them as general feedback on the app, not roofing proof.
"Excellent app would highly recommend if you own a service business." — Chris Penn (Google Play review)
"A must have for starting or running a business." — Kevin Mize (Google Play review)
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best in-home sales presentation software for roofing reps in 2026?
It depends on how your reps sell. If they need to measure the roof, show good-better-best options, offer monthly payments and collect a signature from one app, I put QuoteIQ first because that full set starts at $99.99 a month. If you run several closers who need a guided script in every home, Solo Roofing Studio and Leap SalesPro are built for that, though both sell through demos. If you only want a polished slide-style presentation, GAF Present is $35 per user per month. AccuLynx, JobNimbus and ServiceTitan make the most sense if you already run them. I co-founded QuoteIQ, so weigh that, and use the trials and demos before you commit a whole sales team.
How much does in-home sales presentation software for roofers cost?
Prices I read in October 2026: QuoteIQ runs $29.99 to $699.99 a month, and MapMeasure Pro and e-signature start at $99.99. GAF Present is $35 per user per month. Roofr is $0, $249 or $349 a month. Leap's pricing page lists SalesPro Premium starting at $750 a month with six users on a one-year contract. Solo, AccuLynx, JobNimbus and ServiceTitan publish no prices and sell through a demo or quote. Roofr's free Starter plan caps you at 10 trial proposals, and QuoteIQ's proposals and AI measuring use IQ Credits, so the monthly price isn't always the whole bill. Published prices and real quotes differ, so ask each vendor for your rep count in writing, including setup fees.
What is good-better-best pricing for roofing estimates?
Good-better-best means presenting three priced options, such as a basic shingle, an upgraded architectural shingle and a premium package, instead of one number, so the homeowner chooses among options rather than whether to buy. AccuLynx lists good-better-best tiered options, Solo has a good-better-best selector and QuoteIQ's Options Estimates build Good, Better and Best from your price book. Roofr's templates name Good/Better/Best, and Leap describes tiered pricing options. ServiceTitan's guide describes several estimates in one proposal rather than tiers. What you put in each tier is your call, but pick software that saves tiers as templates so every rep builds them the same way.
Can roofing reps offer financing during the in-home appointment?
Yes, with different approaches. Leap runs one application through multiple lenders, Solo builds a lender marketplace into the proposal, AccuLynx adds an AccuFi link to the estimate, and Roofr offers GoodLeap on Essentials and Scale. QuoteIQ uses buy-now-pay-later through Stripe, with the application at invoice checkout. It matters because the Federal Reserve's 2025 household survey found 63% of adults would cover a $400 emergency expense with cash or its equivalent, so I expect many homeowners to need monthly payments on a roof. Check each lender's fees and approval terms, which the pages don't fully state, and ask whether the homeowner applies inside the estimate or later at checkout.
Does roofing sales presentation software work offline?
Only some vendors say. GAF's page says Present supports offline presentations, and Leap's own blog says SalesPro works offline on iOS. The other vendor pages I read, including QuoteIQ's, don't mention offline use, which isn't the same as saying they don't work offline. Before you buy, put a phone in airplane mode in a dead-zone driveway during the trial and try to open a saved estimate, show your options and capture a signature. An estimate you can open offline is not the same as one you can send or sign offline, so test each step separately. If financing needs a live connection, plan to finish that step after you leave the house.
Can a homeowner sign a roofing contract on a phone or tablet?
Yes. QuoteIQ lets customers sign on your phone before you leave the property, or you can text or email a link and they sign on any device; its e-signature page lists Beginner, Pro, Elite and Max. Roofr offers unlimited e-signatures on Essentials and Scale, Solo creates closing documents ready to sign, and AccuLynx describes in-person or electronic signing. For more, see my roofing e-signature roundup. Ask whether signatures are limited by plan, since Roofr's Starter plan caps them at 10 trial signatures and QuoteIQ's start at Beginner. Whether an e-signature holds up in your state is a question for a local attorney, and I'm not one.
Is in-home sales presentation software worth it for a small roofing company?
I think so, if appointments are your bottleneck. Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies projected in May 2026 that remodeling spending growth would slow from 1.8% in 2026-Q2 to 0.5% in 2027-Q1, with homeowner improvement and repair spending near $523 billion. When growth flattens, I'd rather close more of the appointments I already pay for than buy more leads. A $35 or $99.99 monthly tool that puts three options and a signature in front of every homeowner is cheap against one lost roof, but test it on a handful of real appointments before you roll it out. If your reps are paid on closes, see my commission tracking roundup.
How do I start a QuoteIQ trial for roofing reps?
Start at QuoteIQ's signup page or book a demo first. Every plan has a 14-day trial, and a credit or debit card is required to start. Beginner at $99.99 a month is the plan that includes MapMeasure Pro and e-signature, so I'd trial that one. Extra users are $25 a month on every plan, so price your reps before you pick a tier. During the trial, build a Good, Better and Best estimate on a real roof, measure it from satellite imagery, send it to your own phone and sign it. Proposals are free during the trial but cost 100 IQ Credits per estimate on Essentials, Beginner and Pro afterward. The trial is the safest way to find out whether your reps will actually use it on a roof.
Bottom Line
I'm a pressure washing contractor who co-founded QuoteIQ, so here is where I land: for most roofing reps and small teams, QuoteIQ at $99.99 a month covers measuring, options, financing and signature without a sales call to get a price. If you manage closers who need a scripted flow, get demos from Solo and Leap and compare them on your own jobs. If you only want a better-looking presentation, GAF Present at $35 per user is the cheap test. Whichever you pick, run a real estimate through it before you roll it out to the team. You can book a QuoteIQ demo and see how it handles a roofing quote.
