Best CRM with MCP for HVAC Companies (2026): 8 Ranked
After running my own crews on QuoteIQ, which I co-founded, my pick for the best CRM with MCP for HVAC companies in 2026 is QuoteIQ. The vendor runs its own connector for Claude and ChatGPT, it's included on every plan, and every change an assistant drafts waits for your approval. Jobber and ServiceM8 also host their own MCP access. The other five CRMs below reach an assistant only through middleware or community-built servers.
TL;DR
QuoteIQ — $29.99/mo to start, official MCP connector on every plan, writes wait for your approval. Best overall.
Jobber — $49/mo, official Claude connector and ChatGPT plugin announced September 25, 2026. Best runner-up.
ServiceM8 — $29/mo, hosts its own MCP server, but meters job volume instead of users.
Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan — strong HVAC platforms, but no official MCP connector that I could find.
Service Fusion, FieldPulse and Workiz — reachable through Zapier, Pipedream or community servers only.
How I Picked These
I'm Mike Vidan. I run All American Pressure Cleaning on QuoteIQ and I co-founded QuoteIQ, so QuoteIQ is #1 because that's my honest position, not a finding. I don't run an HVAC crew, and I haven't run these competitors on one. Everything I say about them comes from their published pricing pages, product pages and docs, checked October 2026.
I weighed four things: who runs the MCP server (the vendor, a middleman or a hobbyist), what an assistant can read and change, what a 6 to 10 person HVAC shop pays on standard monthly billing, and HVAC fit. The trade is worth it: the Bureau of Labor Statistics counts 440,900 heating, air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics and installers in 2025, with 11% growth projected through 2035. Annual-prepaid prices are left out, and where a vendor only quotes, I say so.
Quick Comparison
Only QuoteIQ, Jobber and ServiceM8 run their own MCP access. Prices are standard monthly rates, checked October 2026.

1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall CRM with MCP for HVAC Companies
What it is
QuoteIQ is a field service CRM for crews of 1 to 50 with a vendor-run MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Only the account owner can connect it, and the feature page lists 224 tools across 22 areas. Here's how the connector launched.
Pricing
Standard monthly billing: Essentials $29.99 (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2 users), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20). Extra users are $25 a month and every plan has a 14-day trial. The pricing page says the connector is included on every plan, so a 10-tech shop fits inside Elite.
Where it fits
HVAC shops with 2 to 10 techs that want answers about unpaid invoices, stale estimates and tomorrow's schedule. The HVAC page lists self-booked tune-ups for maintenance agreements (InstaSchedule, Elite and above), an AI Estimator for tonnage and SEER, and refrigerant tracking by job. Writes land under "Needs your approval," and deletes aren't available through the connector.
"QuoteIQ automates it all, saving me time and helping my business grow faster." — Hoskins_Hilliardh (App Store review)
Tradeoffs
I'm biased, and the connector is new: it launched in September 2026. The cheapest plan includes one user, inventory reorders need Elite and above, and every write takes an approval tap, which is slower than an assistant running unattended. For dozens of trucks and a call center, ServiceTitan is built for that scale. You can book a QuoteIQ demo first.
2. Jobber — Best Runner-Up With an Official MCP Connector
What it is
Jobber announced a ChatGPT plugin and Claude connector on September 25, 2026, available to all customers. They answer questions about clients, jobs, quotes and invoices and update client, property and request records from dictated notes.
Pricing
On the monthly toggle: Core $49, Connect $139 and Grow $199 (one user each), and Plus $499 for five users. Extra users are $29, and 10 users on Plus is $599.
Where it fits
Small crews that want a well-known app and its AI tools. See my Jobber vs QuoteIQ comparison.
Tradeoffs
Per-user fees climb: $599 for 10 users, against $299.99 for QuoteIQ's Elite. The launch examples center on client, property and request records, so I couldn't confirm estimate or invoice drafting.
3. ServiceM8 — Best Low-Cost Option With a Hosted MCP Server
What it is
ServiceM8's developer docs describe a hosted MCP server with API calls, documentation search and live account data, and Claude Desktop is a named client. Its HVAC page covers job cards, equipment details and service history.
Pricing
Per the US pricing page: Free $0 (1 user, 30 jobs a month), Starter $29 (50 jobs), Growing $79 (150), Premium $149 (500) and Premium Plus $349 (1,500+). Paid plans list unlimited users.
Where it fits
Crews that want unlimited users and will pay by job volume. The feature overview shows what each plan unlocks.
Tradeoffs
The MCP page reads like developer documentation and states no plan requirements. At 30 calls a week you're near 130 jobs a month, so Growing is the realistic start.
4. Housecall Pro — Best HVAC-First Platform Without an Official MCP Server
What it is
Housecall Pro has an HVAC page and a built-in AI Team for calls, marketing and reporting. I couldn't find an official MCP server or Claude or ChatGPT connector in October 2026, so check its integrations page.
Pricing
On the pricing page: Basic $79 (1 user), Essentials $189 (5) and Max $329 (8 users, $35 per extra). Open API access is Max only.
Where it fits
HVAC-first shops that want AI built in. My Housecall Pro vs QuoteIQ comparison goes deeper.
Tradeoffs
Reaching Claude or ChatGPT means a community server or Zapier's MCP page, which names one action, Create Customer. A July 2026 guide says those routes need Max's API key.
5. ServiceTitan — Best for Large HVAC Operations
What it is
ServiceTitan is the enterprise option, with HVAC software priced per technician. Its October 6, 2026 Pantheon announcements added Homh, where homeowners' assistants find and book contractors. That isn't your assistant reading your books.
Pricing
Not published: the pricing page shows Starter, Essentials and The Works with Request Pricing buttons.
Where it fits
Multi-truck companies with office staff that need deep dispatch and reporting. See my ServiceTitan vs QuoteIQ comparison.
Tradeoffs
No official MCP server. One open-source community project says so and starts read-only. Quote-only pricing makes budgeting hard.
6. Service Fusion — Best for Unlimited Users and Published Pricing
What it is
Service Fusion's HVAC page covers dispatch, GPS fleet tracking, card payments and AI call handling. I found no official MCP server, but Zapier hosts one naming three actions: Create Calendar Task, Create Customer and Create Job.
Pricing
On the pricing page, monthly billing runs Starter $245, Plus $382 and Pro $627, all with unlimited users and no contract.
Where it fits
Bigger crews that want no per-user math. See its features overview.
Tradeoffs
Highest entry price of the CRMs here that publish one, and the Zapier route names only create actions. Check its integrations page.
7. FieldPulse — Best HVAC-R Focus Reachable Through Zapier
What it is
FieldPulse has an HVAC-R page and Operator AI, an AI dispatcher that answers calls and books jobs. Its MCP route is a Zapier-hosted server for creating customers, jobs and leads and searching jobs. That page is Zapier's, not a FieldPulse statement.
Pricing
Quote only: the pricing page calls it seat-based with no plans or prices listed.
Where it fits
HVAC-R shops that want AI call handling and accept a sales call. See the features page.
Tradeoffs
No vendor-run MCP server, a short Zapier action list and no published price.
8. Workiz — Best for Phone-Heavy Small Shops
What it is
Workiz markets to HVAC on a dedicated page with AI call answering. I found community-built MCP servers and a Pipedream-hosted page, but nothing from Workiz itself.
Pricing
The pricing page lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate with request-pricing buttons and no figures.
Where it fits
Small HVAC and mixed-trade shops that value phone handling. See its features.
Tradeoffs
No official MCP server, no published price, and setup falls on you. Watch its integrations list.
What Operators Say

"I've used it for 2 years now and it's helped me and my business grow to levels I couldn't have imagined." — Brent Brignac (Google Play review)
"The QuoteIQ support is responsive and helps quickly resolve any CRM questions I have." — reichert annita (App Store review)
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best CRM with MCP for HVAC companies in 2026?
QuoteIQ is my pick, and I co-founded it. Its MCP connector is run by QuoteIQ, works with Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, and is included on every plan, with writes held for your approval. Jobber is the closest runner-up with a Claude connector and ChatGPT plugin, and ServiceM8 hosts its own server. Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, FieldPulse and Workiz had no official connector when I checked in October 2026. Setup takes about two minutes, and plans start at $29.99 a month with a 14-day trial on every plan. For the rest of the feature set, see my ranking of the best HVAC CRM for growing companies.
What does MCP mean for an HVAC CRM?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT connect to outside systems. For an HVAC CRM it means you can ask which estimates are still open or which invoices are unpaid and get answers from your live account instead of a spreadsheet export. Anthropic reported more than 10,000 active public MCP servers and over 97 million monthly SDK downloads in December 2025. The CRM vendor still decides what the assistant can read and change, including whether quote history, service history and invoices are exposed at all, so the connector matters more than the protocol.
Which HVAC CRMs have an official MCP connector?
As of my October 2026 check, three: QuoteIQ, Jobber and ServiceM8. Jobber announced a plugin and connector on September 25, 2026, and ServiceM8 documents a hosted server. I found no vendor-run server for the others: Housecall Pro keeps API access on Max, FieldPulse is reachable through Zapier, and ServiceTitan describes no outside-assistant access. QuoteIQ's connector is live for all customers on every plan, while Workiz and Service Fusion appear only through community servers and middleware pages such as Zapier. Check each vendor's integrations page before you buy, because this is moving fast.
Is it safe to let Claude or ChatGPT change data in my HVAC CRM?
It depends on how the vendor builds the write path. QuoteIQ's connector queues AI-created changes as "Needs your approval" by default, asks for confirmation in the chat before sending an estimate, invoice, email or text or charging a saved card, and offers no deletes, per its feature page. Reversible changes include an Undo option, and each request is logged. Only the account owner can connect it. With community or middleware servers, the safety rails are whatever that project built, so scope API keys narrowly and keep the assistant read-only until you trust it. Ask any vendor whether writes need approval, whether deletes are blocked and whether requests are logged.
How much does HVAC CRM software with MCP access cost?
On standard monthly billing, QuoteIQ starts at $29.99 for one user, Elite at $299.99 includes 10 users, and extra users are $25. Jobber starts at $49 with extra users at $29, and lists 10 users on Plus at $599. ServiceM8 starts at $29 but caps jobs, Housecall Pro starts at $79 with extra users at $35 on Max, and Service Fusion lists $245 with unlimited users. ServiceTitan, FieldPulse and Workiz quote only. For a 10-person crew that works out to $299.99 on QuoteIQ Elite, $599 on Jobber Plus and about $399 on Housecall Pro Max. Prices were checked in October 2026, so confirm them before you sign anything.
Can ChatGPT or Claude connect to ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
Not through an official connector that I could find. ServiceTitan's Titan Intelligence analyzes platform data, and its Homh channel lets homeowners' assistants book contractors, which serves a different job than your assistant reading your account. Community-built servers like this open-source project use ServiceTitan's API and start read-only. One July 2026 guide says Housecall Pro's routes need its Max plan. These work, but you own the setup, the permissions and the risk, so I'd start read-only. Neither vendor's AI page that I read mentions assistant access to your own account, so ask for a roadmap date in writing.
What can an AI assistant do inside my HVAC CRM once MCP is connected?
With QuoteIQ's connector, reads include unpaid invoices, stale estimate follow-ups, today's agenda, schedule availability, customer timelines and inventory. Prepared writes include estimates, invoices, schedules, tasks and review requests, per its feature page. Jobber's launch examples include finding approved quotes nobody scheduled and finished jobs nobody invoiced, per its announcement. In HVAC that maps to chasing open replacement quotes and finding tune-ups that never got billed. In QuoteIQ you approve each prepared write before it lands, and each assistant is limited to what its vendor exposes.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT to my HVAC CRM?
In QuoteIQ, open Settings, then Automation, then AI Assistant (MCP), copy the connector URL, add it as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, sign in and press Connect. The feature page puts setup at about two minutes, gives separate menu paths for each assistant, and shows requests under Recent AI work in the app. Only the account owner can connect, and the connection asks for read and write scopes. In Jobber, you add the connector or plugin through its integrations page. QuoteIQ has a 14-day trial on every plan, and a credit or debit card is required to start. You can also book a demo first.
Bottom Line
If you run an HVAC shop and want to ask Claude or ChatGPT about your own jobs, invoices and estimates, start with a CRM whose vendor runs the connector. For me that's QuoteIQ, with Jobber as the closest alternative. ServiceTitan's April 2026 survey of 1,000 residential contractors found about 25% using AI but 74% seeing it as key to efficiency, which is the gap a connector like this is meant to narrow. Book a QuoteIQ demo and start with a read-only question.
