Best Wildlife Removal Company Software (2026): Top 8

13 min read

If you run a wildlife removal company in 2026, I'd put QuoteIQ first, and I'll tell you up front that it's my position, not a scored result: I'm Mike Vidan, I run a pressure washing business, and I co-founded QuoteIQ. I don't run a trapping route, and almost no software vendor builds for wildlife work specifically, so this list is about which tools handle your call-to-quote-to-invoice loop best and where each one runs out of wildlife features. Here are all eight, with prices I pulled in October 2026.

TL;DR

  • QuoteIQ: $29.99 to $699.99 a month, and Pro at $199.99 covers four users. Good, Better and Best quotes, satellite measuring, photo and inspection forms. My pick, and I co-founded it.

  • GorillaDesk: $49, $99 and $149 a month, plus $50 for each added route on Basic and Pro. The only vendor here with a dedicated wildlife page, including barcoded traps.

  • Jobber: $49 to $499 a month, and $29 for each extra user. Its pest page names wildlife prevention among its quote templates.

  • Housecall Pro: $79 to $329 a month as listed. A flat-rate price book, but nothing built for wildlife.

  • Workiz: Quote only. The one to price if missed inbound calls are where you lose jobs.

  • PestPac: Quote only. A pest-industry platform with device tracking in its mobile app.

  • Briostack: Demo only. Photo bids with annotated site diagrams.

  • FieldRoutes: Quote only. Built around recurring pest and lawn routes, not one-off wildlife jobs.

How I Picked These

I weighted what a wildlife operator lives on: how fast a phone call becomes a quote, whether you can photograph entry points and trap placements and hang them on the job, how scheduling handles return trap checks, and what the software costs with an owner and three techs. Prices come from each vendor's published pricing page, read in October 2026, on standard monthly billing only. Where a vendor hides its price behind a demo, I say so and print no number. I haven't run wildlife jobs and I don't use these competitors, so what I say about them comes from their own pricing pages, feature pages and help center, not from running a crew on them. Only GorillaDesk has a dedicated wildlife page that I found, so every entry gets real tradeoffs, mine included.

1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall for Wildlife Removal Companies

What it is

QuoteIQ is the field service app I co-founded and use on my own jobs. For a wildlife company, the pieces that matter are quoting, photos and scheduling. Options Estimates put Good, Better and Best choices on one quote, so a customer weighing trapping against full exclusion sees both. MapMeasure Pro lets you measure a roofline or fence line from satellite imagery before you drive out, and QuoteIQ Cam holds job photos and customizable inspection forms with checklists, notes and PDF output.

This app has streamlined my quoting process and I would highly recomend trying this app i was a little hesitant but whats the worst that can happen by just checking it out! — Cody Trimm (Google Play review)

Pricing

Essentials is $29.99 a month for one user. Beginner is $99.99 for two users, Pro is $199.99 for four, Elite is $299.99 for ten and Max is $699.99 for twenty. Extra users cost $25 a month on any plan, and every plan has a 14-day trial. MapMeasure Pro and QuoteIQ Cam start at Beginner, while route optimization and inventory start at Elite. The QuoteIQ pricing page was updated September 15, 2026, and I checked it in October. An owner plus three techs fits on Pro at $199.99.

Where it fits

It fits a one-to-ten-person wildlife company that wants quoting, photos, scheduling and invoicing in one subscription instead of a stack of tools. Inbound calls are the lifeblood of this trade, and the Virtual Call Team, QuoteIQ's AI phone answering, is on every plan and metered by the minute in IQ Credits. Recurring jobs cover monitoring visits. If you add a second crew, the Elite plan's route optimization and inventory, which can hold traps and exclusion materials as stock, start to earn their price.

Tradeoffs

I did not find a wildlife-specific trap-check log, species field or permit module in the feature docs, so you build that yourself: a customizable inspection form for species, trap location and entry points, plus a recurring visit for each return check. If you need to scan a barcode on every trap, GorillaDesk's wildlife page describes that and I can't match it. MapMeasure Pro isn't on Essentials, and satellite measurement is less reliable under tree cover, so confirm on site. And I co-founded QuoteIQ, so weigh my ranking accordingly.

2. GorillaDesk — Best for Trap Tracking and Route-Based Pricing

What it is

GorillaDesk is pest and lawn software, and it's the one vendor here with a dedicated wildlife control page. That page describes barcodes on traps and equipment that techs scan in the field, device reports you can send with work orders for state requirements, chemical and material logging by job, and GPS tracking of your team. GorillaDesk also publishes an older pest and wildlife case study from a Connecticut company, and a device tracking page.

Pricing

GorillaDesk pricing runs Basic $49, Pro $99 and Growth $149 a month, with unlimited users on every plan. What scales the bill is schedules: per its help center plans article, Basic and Pro add $50 for each schedule after the first, and a solo tech needs their own. Device tracking and barcoding is listed under Pro. I couldn't reconcile Growth's listed price with its signup link, so I left Growth out of my math. Three techs on solo routes come to $199 a month on Pro.

Where it fits

Pick it if trap and equipment tracking is the part of the job you worry about most and you run a handful of routes. Unlimited users also suits an office-heavy team.

Tradeoffs

The wildlife page doesn't mention photo documentation or inspection forms, so test those on a trial before you commit. The price climbs with every route you add, which stings as you add trucks. It's one page inside a pest-and-lawn product, and I couldn't find a trap-check schedule or species field described on it. For the head-to-head, read my QuoteIQ vs GorillaDesk pest control comparison.

3. Jobber — Best for Simple Quoting

What it is

Jobber is a general field service app. Its pest control page lists wildlife prevention among the jobs you can template quotes for, shows quotes that carry photos of the damage or entry point, and describes a rodent exclusion package as an optional add-on line. Its chemical tracking records applicator license numbers.

Pricing

Jobber pricing lists Core at $49, Connect at $139 and Grow at $199 a month for one user each, and Plus at $499 for five users. Extra users are $29 a month. Annual billing saves up to 25%, but those are the monthly, no-commitment figures. An owner plus three techs on Grow comes to $286 a month.

Where it fits

It fits a small crew that wants straightforward quoting, scheduling and invoicing and can live with generic job categories. Jobber also publishes a pest control estimate template you can look at before you pay.

Tradeoffs

Wildlife appears once on that pest page, so nothing in Jobber is built around trap checks or species, and I found no device or barcode tracking in its pest materials. Every added tech is another $29 a month. If you're weighing it against mine, I wrote a Jobber vs QuoteIQ comparison with the numbers by crew size.

4. Housecall Pro — Best for Flat-Rate Packages

What it is

Housecall Pro is a general home-service platform. Its pest control page covers estimates built from a flat-rate price book, one-time and recurring jobs, photos and documents on a job dashboard, custom checklists and dispatch. The words wildlife, rodent and trapping don't appear on it.

Pricing

Housecall Pro pricing lists Basic at $79 a month for one user, Essentials at $189 for five and Max at $329 for eight, with lower annual-billing figures of $59, $149 and $299. The page doesn't label every figure as monthly or annual, so confirm at checkout. Extra Max users are $35 a month.

Where it fits

It fits a crew that sells fixed-price packages, such as a standard trap-and-release visit or a set exclusion package, and wants those prices loaded into estimates. Housecall Pro also publishes a pest control pricing guide and a guide to collecting pest control payments.

Tradeoffs

Nothing here is built for wildlife, and the pest page doesn't mention chemical features. Seat counts jump from one to five to eight, and the unlabeled monthly versus annual figures make a quick price check harder than it should be.

5. Workiz — Best for Call-Heavy Shops

What it is

Workiz is a field service platform built around the phone. Genius Answering is its AI tool that answers calls, emails, texts and website forms around the clock, and it can book, reschedule or cancel jobs in your Workiz account. It also has an AI phone system, recurring service plans and a mobile app.

Pricing

The Workiz pricing page shows Standard, Pro and Ultimate with "Request pricing" on each, so I'm printing no monthly numbers. Its FAQ says annual subscriptions cost less than monthly billing. The Genius Answering page doesn't say which plans include it or what it costs.

Where it fits

A wildlife company lives on inbound calls: a raccoon in the attic is a phone call before it's a quote. If missed calls are where you lose jobs, Workiz is the one to price.

Tradeoffs

The industries named on the Genius Answering page are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, locksmith and appliance repair, not pest or wildlife, and I found nothing for trap tracking. You can't see a price without talking to sales.

6. PestPac — Best for Pest-Industry Depth

What it is

PestPac is software built for pest control operators. Its mobile app lets techs add photos, diagrams and documents, add and manage devices in the app, record material and product usage, capture signatures, and keep working without cell service. The page also says smart traps can be checked remotely and the app helps with recording rodent activity. There are matching pages for scheduling, routing and forms and proposals.

Pricing

The PestPac pricing page names Small Business, Professional and Enterprise plans and says "Speak with a consultant today for more information on pricing packages." There are no dollar figures, so I print none.

Where it fits

If you're a pest company that also takes wildlife calls and wants device tracking with offline mobile, it's worth a demo. It also has a page for commercial pest control.

Tradeoffs

Rodents show up on the pages I read, wildlife doesn't. A consultant-led sale is a lot of process for a two-truck wildlife outfit, and you can't compare price before the call.

7. Briostack — Best for Photo Bids and Site Diagrams

What it is

Briostack's home page says it's "Trusted by 3,700+ Pest Control and Lawn Care Companies." Its bids and diagramming tools put proposed services, pricing, photos and annotated diagrams on satellite imagery in one proposal, with a client portal where customers review and respond. It also has scheduling and routing, a pest control CRM and invoicing and accounting.

Pricing

Briostack publishes no prices, and its call to action is "Request Demo," so there's no number here.

Where it fits

It fits an operator who sells on the visit with a marked-up property diagram and photos. The page's own example marks bait station locations, and you would adapt that idea to entry points and trap sets.

Tradeoffs

Wildlife and rodents aren't mentioned on the pages I read, and the warranty tracking it highlights is for termite and bed bug jobs. Demo-only pricing means I can't tell you what it costs.

8. FieldRoutes — Best for Large Recurring Routes

What it is

FieldRoutes says on its home page that it specializes in pest control and lawn care, with Intelligent Routing, a Dynamic Scheduler, payment processing, a mobile app and a Marketing Pro add-on. It has a page for commercial pest control and publishes a guide to pest control routing apps.

Pricing

FieldRoutes pricing shows Growth and Corporate plans, both marked "Request Pricing," and its FAQ says "The monthly subscription is based on the number of active customers." It says it doesn't offer a free trial because of how customizable the software is, and it runs a demo instead.

Where it fits

It fits a pest or lawn company with a large base of recurring customers, where pricing by active customer count makes sense.

Tradeoffs

Wildlife and rodents aren't mentioned on the pages I read. Wildlife is mostly one-off jobs, so you may pay for a recurring-revenue model you don't use. There's no trial and no public price.

What Operators Say

These come from QuoteIQ's app store reviews. None of the three reviewers says what trade they work in, and I couldn't find a wildlife-tagged review, so read them as comments on quoting and keeping customers organized, not on trapping.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best software for a wildlife removal company in 2026?

For most small wildlife companies I'd start with QuoteIQ, which I co-founded, because it keeps quoting, photos, scheduling and invoicing in one subscription from $29.99 a month. If trap barcoding matters most, GorillaDesk's wildlife page describes the closest dedicated option I found. The category is small: the Bureau of Labor Statistics counted 108,700 pest control worker jobs in 2025 at a $45,250 median wage, and notes that some of those workers remove birds, squirrels and other wildlife. NPMA reports U.S. structural pest control revenue of $13.416 billion in 2025, up 6%. For a wider list, see my pest control software roundup.

How much does wildlife removal software cost?

Published monthly prices run from $29.99 to $699.99 for QuoteIQ, $49 to $499 for Jobber and $49 to $149 for GorillaDesk, which also charges $50 for each added route schedule on Basic and Pro. Housecall Pro lists $79 to $329. Workiz, PestPac, Briostack and FieldRoutes require a sales conversation, so I print no number for them. For an owner plus three techs, QuoteIQ Pro is $199.99, Jobber Grow is $286 and GorillaDesk Pro with three routes is $199. Add-ons matter too: GorillaDesk charges $5 a month for an SMS number, and QuoteIQ meters AI features such as Virtual Call Team in IQ Credits, with 500 included on Essentials and 3,000 on Pro. Those are standard monthly figures from October 2026, and annual billing usually lowers them, so compare like with like.

Can pest control software handle wildlife trapping and exclusion jobs?

Yes for the business side: quotes, scheduling, photos, invoices and recurring visits all work for a trapping or exclusion job, because they're the same steps as any other service call. What none of these vendors describes is a full wildlife workflow with species fields and trap-check reminders. GorillaDesk's device tracking and PestPac's mobile app come closest on tracking, since both let techs manage devices in the field. With the others you adapt a form or a recurring job, and a return trap check is just that: QuoteIQ, Jobber, Housecall Pro and Workiz all list recurring jobs or service plans. My pest control inspection form roundup covers the form side in detail.

How do I track trap checks and trap placements in software?

Treat each set trap as a scheduled return visit. In any of these tools, create a recurring or follow-up job for the check, attach a photo of the trap placement and the entry point to the first visit, and keep species, location and notes in a customizable form. Bats deserve extra care in the record: the CDC says bats are the most reported animals with rabies in the United States and advises contacting animal control or your health department when a bat is in your home. How often traps must be checked depends on your state, so confirm that with your wildlife agency and set the follow-up interval to match. For planning the drive between checks, see my pest control route optimization roundup.

Do wildlife control operators need a license, and how does software help?

Often yes, and it depends on your state. The Institute for Justice's licensing report found that 23 states and D.C. license wildlife control operators in its 2022 data, with fees from $0 to $275. New Hampshire is one example: its Fish and Game department requires a Wildlife Control Operator license for anyone trapping outside the regular season. This is not legal advice, so check your state agency. Software helps with the paperwork, not the rule: store license and permit numbers on the customer or job, attach dated photos, and keep an exportable service history. GorillaDesk's wildlife page says device reports can go out with work orders for state requirements, and Jobber's chemical tracking records applicator license numbers.

What is the best way to quote a wildlife exclusion job?

Quote in tiers. A customer with a squirrel in the attic is choosing between removal only, removal plus exclusion, and exclusion plus repair, and a single number forces a yes-or-no. QuoteIQ's Options Estimates put Good, Better and Best on one quote. Measure first when you can: MapMeasure Pro maps linear and area measurements from satellite imagery, so you can size a roofline or fence line before you drive out, and the screenshot can be attached to the estimate as proof of scope. Photos of the entry point do the selling on site, and both Jobber's quote photos and QuoteIQ Cam support them. Confirm measurements on site, especially under trees.

Can I use Jobber or Housecall Pro for a wildlife control business?

You can, as general tools. Jobber's pest control page names wildlife prevention among its quote templates and shows photos on quotes, and its Grow plan is $199 a month for one user plus $29 for each added user. Housecall Pro's pest control page covers a flat-rate price book, recurring jobs, photos and checklists, with plans listed at $79, $189 and $329 a month, but it never uses the words wildlife or rodent. I found no device or trap tracking on either page. If you compare them against QuoteIQ, my Jobber vs QuoteIQ breakdown has the numbers by crew size, and each vendor's own pricing page is the source to trust.

How do I start a free trial of wildlife removal software?

QuoteIQ gives every plan a 14-day trial, and a credit or debit card is required to start. You can begin at the QuoteIQ signup page or book a demo first. Pick Beginner or higher if you want to test MapMeasure Pro and QuoteIQ Cam, since they start there. Run a real job through it: build a Good, Better and Best quote from a past call, attach photos, schedule a return visit and send an invoice. FieldRoutes says it doesn't offer a free trial because of how customizable its software is and runs a demo instead, and Briostack's call to action is Request Demo. Check each vendor's current trial terms on its own pricing page before you sign up.

Bottom Line

I run pressure washing, I co-founded QuoteIQ, and I'd put it under a wildlife company because it covers the quote, photo, schedule and invoice loop for $29.99 to $199.99 a month on most small crews. It isn't a wildlife-specific product, and GorillaDesk's trap barcodes are the one thing on this list I can't match. If you want to see how QuoteIQ would handle an attic exclusion quote, book a demo and run one of your own jobs through it.

I found this article helpful because it explains router-related information in simple language. Beginners can learn a lot from clear troubleshooting guides like this. Anyone researching 10.0.0.1 can benefit from understanding how to identify the correct router address and access available network settings.
