Best Marketing Attribution Software for Roofers (2026)
I co-founded QuoteIQ and I run my own pressure washing company on it, so I put QuoteIQ first, and that ranking is my position as a co-founder, not a scored test. For a roofing company, marketing attribution comes in three levels: a lead source logged in your CRM, call and form tracking that records the source for you, and ad-platform attribution that ties an ad click to a signed job. QuoteIQ covers the first level and part of the second, and below I say exactly where it stops and which of the other seven tools picks up from there. Prices come from the vendors' own pages, which I read on October 20, 2026, and I flag any price whose billing period the page does not label.
TL;DR
QuoteIQ is my #1 pick if your question is "which lead source books my roofing jobs." It costs $29.99 a month on Essentials, logs a lead source on every contact, and its Lead Hub shows leads by source, pipeline stage and follow-up status.
QuoteIQ does not sell call-tracking numbers or import ad costs. If you buy Google Ads or Local Services Ads, pair a CRM with CallRail, WhatConverts or CallTrackingMetrics.
JobNimbus and AccuLynx are roofing-focused CRMs with lead source reporting, but neither publishes a price on the pages I read.
ServiceTitan's Smart Attribution is the most ad-focused tool here, and it requires Dynamic Call Tracking and Marketing Pro Ads, which start with a demo request.
I run a pressure washing company, not a roofing company, and I have not used the other seven tools. Their entries rest on vendor pages I read on October 20, 2026.
How I Picked These
I picked tools that can answer one question for a roofing company: which lead source turned into a signed job. Each one needed a vendor page I could read on October 20, 2026 that describes lead source, call, form or campaign attribution, and I kept only the standard monthly price where a vendor publishes one. I mixed three kinds of tools on purpose: CRMs that log a lead source (QuoteIQ, JobNimbus, AccuLynx and Housecall Pro), call and form tracking tools (CallRail, WhatConverts and CallTrackingMetrics), and ServiceTitan, which attributes ad campaigns to calls and jobs. IBISWorld counts about 109,000 US roofing contractors in 2026 and calls competition high and steady, so knowing which source pays matters. I co-founded QuoteIQ, I run a pressure washing company rather than a roofing company, and I have not used the other seven tools, so read the order as my position, not a scored test.

1. QuoteIQ — Best Overall for Roofing Lead Tracking
What it is
QuoteIQ is the CRM, estimating and invoicing app I co-founded and run my own pressure washing business on. For attribution it gives a roofing company four pieces. Every contact can carry a named lead source that you create, and archiving a source keeps its history. The analytics dashboard has a Lead Source Breakdown graph of where your leads come from, and the Lead Hub on the analytics feature page lists leads by source, pipeline stage and follow-up status. Contact request forms get a channel (Email, Phone, Referral, Walk-in, Website or a custom one) and report channel performance, average response time and per-form conversion rate. Atlas puts door-knock pins on a map with seven starting statuses, including Appointment Set, which you can rename and reorder. On the roofing side, MapMeasure Pro measures roofs from satellite imagery on Beginner and above, so the measurements, the estimate and the lead source sit on the same contact.
Pricing
Essentials is $29.99 a month for 1 user and 500 IQ Credits. Beginner is $99.99 (2 users, 1,500 credits), Pro is $199.99 (4 users, 3,000), Elite is $299.99 (10 users, 5,000) and Max is $699.99 (20 users, 8,000). Extra users are $25 a month on every plan. Lead Source Tracking and basic business analytics start at Essentials, advanced analytics at Beginner, and website contact forms with analytics and channel tracking at Pro. Pipelines with deals start at Elite. The pricing page says it was updated September 15, 2026, and I only use the monthly figures here.
Where it fits
QuoteIQ is the right first tool for a roofer who keeps lead sources in a spreadsheet or in their head. You tag the source when the lead comes in, the estimate and invoice stay attached to the same contact, and the Lead Hub shows which sources are producing follow-ups. Storm and neighborhood work gets its own door-knocking source through Atlas, which I cover in best canvassing software for roofing companies, and what happens after the estimate is in best estimate follow-up software for roofing.
"This app has been a life saver and has helped us so much with keeping everything organized!!" — TERSUS LLC (App Store review)
Tradeoffs
QuoteIQ is a CRM, not a call-tracking or ad-reporting tool. I found no call-tracking numbers, no Google Ads or Meta cost import and no ad-click attribution described on its pages. A form's channel is set when you build the form, so it records the channel, not each visitor's source. The analytics pages show revenue by service, customer and employee, and I did not find a published report that totals revenue by lead source, so check that on a trial before you rely on it. Website forms with channel analytics need Pro at $199.99, and extra users cost $25 a month. To see the Lead Hub on your own roofing leads, book a QuoteIQ demo.
2. JobNimbus — Best Roofing CRM With Revenue by Lead Source
What it is
JobNimbus is a job-management CRM that publishes guides for roofing contractors, and its attribution feature is Analytics. The Analytics page says it is free on every plan, that you can see how much revenue comes from each lead source without building anything yourself, and that you can group numbers by trade, lead source or rep. JobNimbus also publishes a guide to tracking where your leads come from written for roofers. CallRail built a JobNimbus integration, first released in June 2026, if you want phone-call sources to land in the same system.
Pricing
The JobNimbus pricing page shows no dollar figures, only a Request pricing button on each of four plans: Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20+ users). The comparison table lists Analytics as Unlimited on all four. Analytics AI and Analytics Enterprise are Contact sales items that, per the Analytics page, require add-ons. I have no price I could verify, so there is none in this post or in the schema.
Where it fits
JobNimbus fits a roofing company that wants lead source revenue inside the same system as jobs and estimates and is fine with a sales conversation to get the price. I compared the two head to head in JobNimbus vs QuoteIQ.
Tradeoffs
There is no published price. The pages I read cover lead source revenue, not call-tracking numbers or ad-click attribution, so a company buying online ads still needs a call tracking tool next to it. I have not used JobNimbus, so I can't tell you how that lead source report looks with real data. Compare plans from the JobNimbus product overview.
3. AccuLynx — Best for Marketing Spend and ROI Reports
What it is
AccuLynx is roofing-focused management software. Its roofing lead performance page, published April 6, 2022 and updated June 3, 2025, describes three reports: Marketing Spend, which shows where leads come from, cost per lead and ROI; Closing Percentage by sales rep; and Roofing Job Profitability by salesperson, location and trade. A 2018 ReportsPlus release post describes a reports library that includes marketing leads and custom reports, but it does not say which plan includes them.
Pricing
AccuLynx publishes no price on the pages I read. The AccuLynx home page sends you to a pricing request. I can't compare it to the others on cost, and I won't guess a number.
Where it fits
AccuLynx fits a roofing-only company that wants marketing spend, closing percentage and job profitability in one set of reports and is comfortable asking for a quote. It also publishes an article on contractor marketing mistakes.
Tradeoffs
There is no published price, and the lead performance page dates from 2022 with a 2025 update, so confirm the reports still look that way. The page does not describe call-tracking numbers or ad-platform attribution, and it does not say how spend gets into the Marketing Spend report. I have not used AccuLynx.
4. CallRail — Best for Call and Form Attribution
What it is
CallRail is call, text and form tracking, not a CRM. Its call tracking page says a JavaScript snippet shows each visitor a tracking number, and that attribution reports and call source data show which campaigns, keywords and channels generate calls and texts, with Google Ads and Analytics integrations. Its marketing attribution page mentions multi-touch insights. The JobNimbus integration checks JobNimbus for a matching phone number or email, updates or creates the contact, and adds an activity note with the interaction type, marketing source, campaign and landing page.
Pricing
On the CallRail pricing page, Lead Tracking is $50 plus usage and includes 5 local numbers, 250 minutes, and call and text tracking and attribution, but no form tracking. Lead Tracking Complete is $95 and adds 1,000 form submissions, form tracking and attribution, and multi-touch cost-per-lead reporting. Lead Conversion is $150 and Lead Conversion Complete is $195. A Yearly and Monthly toggle says you save up to 10% on a yearly plan, but the page does not label which billing period the displayed prices use, so confirm before you budget. I left CallRail's price out of the schema for that reason.
Where it fits
CallRail fits a roofer who pays for online ads and wants to know which campaign produced which phone call, with the result pushed into a CRM such as JobNimbus.
Tradeoffs
It sits next to your CRM instead of replacing it, and the listed price is before usage. It tracks the lead, not the job, so you still need job revenue from your CRM to see which source paid. I have not used CallRail.
5. WhatConverts — Best Entry Price for Call and Form Tracking
What it is
WhatConverts tracks leads from calls, forms, chats and transactions back to a marketing source. Its lead tracking page describes Customer Journeys and names Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads integrations. It also has a post for roofers. I did not find JobNimbus or AccuLynx named on the feature page I read.
Pricing
All prices on the WhatConverts pricing page are per month with no billing toggle. Single-account plans are Call Tracking at $30, Plus at $60 (campaign and keyword reporting), Pro at $100 (everything in Plus, with call flows and a report builder) and Elite at $160 (customer journey and multi-click marketing attribution). Each includes a free usage credit. The page lists overages of 4.5 cents per local minute, $2.50 per number and 10 cents each for forms, chats and transactions, and the charges FAQ explains them. The page also has a 14-day trial button.
Where it fits
WhatConverts fits a small roofer who wants call-and-form source tracking at the lowest entry price of the three call tracking tools here and does not mind usage billing.
Tradeoffs
Multi-click attribution sits on the $160 Elite plan, and overage charges are on top. It is not a CRM, and the pages I read do not describe a roofing CRM integration. I have not used WhatConverts.
6. CallTrackingMetrics — Best for Google Ads Call Attribution
What it is
CallTrackingMetrics (CTM) is call tracking and attribution. Its plans page describes Marketing Lite as attributing calls and texts to source, with Google Ads, Google LSA, Data Studio and GA4 integrations. Its home services attribution article, published April 20, 2022 and modified June 16, 2026, covers home services and does not mention roofing. CTM also has a call tracking features page and a home services industry page.
Pricing
Billed monthly, Marketing Lite is $79, Marketing Pro is $179 (adding form tracking and attribution, 5,000 submissions, and HubSpot and Facebook integrations) and Sales Engage is $329 (adding Salesforce). The page lists lower annual and two-year rates, and usage is billed on top. I left Enterprise out because the figures I saw did not agree, and I did not rely on trial terms because the wording on the page is unclear.
Where it fits
CTM fits a roofer with a Google Ads or Local Services Ads budget who wants call attribution with the Google integrations built in.
Tradeoffs
It has the highest entry price of the three call tracking tools, usage is billed on top, and form tracking requires Marketing Pro at $179. It is not a roofing CRM. I have not used CallTrackingMetrics.
7. ServiceTitan — Best for Ad Campaign to Job ROI
What it is
ServiceTitan's roofing help center has a page on Marketing Pro Ads Smart Attribution, published September 28, 2026 and updated October 8, 2026. It says Smart Attribution assigns campaigns to calls and jobs so you can see ROI, reads UTM parameters, sends conversions to Google Ads and GA4, and lets an attribution window carry the first job's campaign to follow-up work, for example for 30 days. It requires Dynamic Call Tracking and Marketing Pro Ads. ServiceTitan also has a roofing software page, a Marketing Pro page and a webinar recap on measuring marketing performance.
Pricing
ServiceTitan publishes no price on the pages I read, and Marketing Pro Ads starts with a demo request. I have no number I could verify, so there is none in this post or in the schema.
Where it fits
ServiceTitan fits a roofing company with an ad budget big enough to justify a platform sales process and a need to send campaign-to-job results back to Google Ads.
Tradeoffs
There is no published price, and Smart Attribution depends on two other products being in place, so the real cost is the stack, not one line item. I have not used ServiceTitan.
8. Housecall Pro — Best General Field Service Tool With Lead Source Reports
What it is
Housecall Pro is a general field service tool, not a roofing-specific one, and it has a lead source field you can assign to customers, jobs and estimates. Its lead source help article, dated July 24, 2026, says system sources such as Google Reserve, Yelp and Thumbtack are added by default. Under Reporting, Reports it lists jobs by job lead source, jobs by customer lead source and estimate conversion by estimate lead source, and it does not name a revenue-by-lead-source report. The conversion rate reporting article, dated July 9, 2026, adds "Lead conversion by Lead Source" and says lead conversion rate reporting is only available for Pipeline users.
Pricing
The Housecall Pro pricing page lists Basic at $79 for 1 user, Essentials at $189 for 5 users and Max at $329 for 8 users with $35 per extra user, and it shows lower figures of $59, $149 and $299 beside them under an annual toggle. The page labels only Basic's lower figure as billed annually and does not state a default, so confirm which set is the month-to-month rate. Pipeline is not assigned to a plan on the pricing page, and I left Housecall Pro's price out of the schema.
Where it fits
Housecall Pro fits a shop that already runs on it, or wants a general field service tool, and mainly needs to know which sources produce estimates and jobs. Its advanced reporting page says job reports can be filtered by lead source.
Tradeoffs
It is not roofing-specific, the pages I read name no revenue-by-lead-source report, and lead conversion reporting needs Pipeline, which I could not match to a plan. Call reports can be grouped by lead source, but the article limits call conversion reporting to Voice users, a product I did not research. I have not used Housecall Pro.
What Operators Say
Two more QuoteIQ reviews from the app stores. In my reviews database none of the three reviewers is tagged as a roofer: one is tagged pressure washing and two have no trade tag, so read them as feedback on the app, not as roofing results.
"Great addition to the arsenal of multi tasking tools, defenitely helps by taking extra weight off my back and making us more productive; wish i had jumped on it sooner!" — Grand Coastal (App Store review)

Frequently Asked Questions
What is marketing attribution software for roofing companies?
Marketing attribution software connects a lead's source to what happened next, so you can see which source produced estimates and signed roofs. For a roofer it comes in three levels: a lead source logged in your CRM, call and form tracking that records the source automatically, and ad-platform attribution that sends job results back to the ad. IBISWorld counts about 109,000 US roofing contractors and $92.5 billion in 2026 revenue, and the BLS counts 166,900 roofer jobs in 2025 with median pay of $55,440 a year, so knowing which source pays is worth the setup. Start at the CRM level, covered in my best CRM for roofing businesses guide, and add call tracking when ad spend justifies it. Sources: IBISWorld and the BLS.
How do roofers track where their leads come from?
Name your lead sources first: Google search, Local Services Ads, Facebook, yard signs, referrals, door knocking and a catch-all. Then tag the source on every contact the moment it is created, and ask every caller how they heard about you, because people forget which ad they clicked. In QuoteIQ you create the sources, assign one to the contact and read the Lead Source Breakdown in the analytics dashboard. Housecall Pro has a lead source field on customers, jobs and estimates, and JobNimbus Analytics groups revenue by lead source. Give door knocking its own source so storm work does not blur into your ad numbers, and review the totals monthly against signed jobs, not leads.
Do I need call tracking if my roofing CRM already tracks lead source?
Not if you do not buy ads. A lead source in your CRM is only as accurate as the person typing it, and phone calls are where the source usually gets lost. Call tracking numbers record the source automatically, and CallRail, WhatConverts and CallTrackingMetrics each show which campaign or channel produced a call. If you run Google Ads, Google's own help says to capture the click ID (GCLID) on every page, store it with the prospect, and upload offline conversions, with a click-to-conversion cycle under 14 or 90 days depending on the data source. See Google's offline conversion setup guide. A CRM plus a call tracker is the common stack.
How much does marketing attribution software cost for a roofing company?
On the pages I read on October 20, 2026, QuoteIQ runs $29.99 to $699.99 a month by plan plus $25 per extra user. WhatConverts single-account plans are $30, $60, $100 and $160. CallRail lists $50, $95, $150 and $195 plus usage, with the billing period unlabeled, and CallTrackingMetrics billed monthly is $79, $179 and $329 plus usage. JobNimbus, AccuLynx and ServiceTitan publish no price, and Housecall Pro lists $79, $189 and $329 beside lower annual figures. For the QuoteIQ trial, which is 14 days, a credit or debit card is required to start. If you pair a call tracker with a CRM, add both bills together before you decide.
What is the best marketing attribution software for roofing companies?
It depends on what you spend. I put QuoteIQ first because it costs $29.99 a month, logs a lead source on every contact and keeps that source next to the estimate and invoice, but I co-founded it and it does not sell call-tracking numbers or import ad costs. If you run Google Ads, CallRail, WhatConverts or CallTrackingMetrics add the call-level detail. If you want a roofing CRM with revenue by lead source, ask JobNimbus or AccuLynx for pricing. ServiceTitan's Smart Attribution is the most ad-focused option here and needs Dynamic Call Tracking and Marketing Pro Ads. Match the tool to your ad budget, not to the longest feature list.
Can roofers track door-knocking and storm canvassing leads?
Yes, if you give canvassing its own source and log the outcome at each door. QuoteIQ's Atlas puts door-knock pins on a map with seven starting statuses: Not Home, Knocked No Answer, Contacted, Interested Follow Up, Not Interested, Do Not Knock and Appointment Set. You can rename and reorder them, and Atlas is on every QuoteIQ plan. Atlas tracks door outcomes, not ad spend, so it answers how many doors became appointments, not which ad worked. Count Appointment Set pins each week against the estimates you actually send, and compare that rate with your other sources before you decide where to spend the next canvassing day. I go deeper in best canvassing software for roofing companies.
Is call tracking legal for roofing companies?
Call tracking itself, which assigns a number to each source, is separate from recording calls, and recording rules depend on the state. Justia's 50-state survey, last reviewed September 2024, says most states require one-party consent, a smaller group requires all-party consent, and the federal wiretap law is one-party. It labels states including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington as all-party, and it lists Georgia as one-party. Whatever your state, announce that calls may be recorded. I am not a lawyer, so check with one before you turn recording on.
Do small roofing companies need multi-touch attribution?
Usually not at first. First-touch or last-touch is enough to answer the question most roofers actually ask: which source deserves more budget. Multi-touch matters when a homeowner sees a Facebook ad, searches your name and then calls, and you want credit split across those steps. WhatConverts puts multi-click marketing attribution on its $160 Elite plan, CallRail lists multi-touch cost-per-lead reporting on Lead Tracking Complete at $95, and ServiceTitan's attribution window can carry a first job's campaign to follow-up work, for example for 30 days. CallRail's attribution modeling article explains the models. Get source tracking right first.
Bottom Line
For a roofing company the first job is simple: log a lead source on every contact and read it against signed jobs. QuoteIQ does that from $29.99 a month with a Lead Hub and a door-knocking map, and I run my own company on it as its co-founder. If you buy Google Ads, add CallRail, WhatConverts or CallTrackingMetrics for the call-level source, and if you want a roofing CRM with built-in revenue by lead source, ask JobNimbus or AccuLynx for a quote. Once you know which source books jobs, look at the close in my best proposal software for roofing contractors guide. To see the Lead Hub on your own leads, book a QuoteIQ demo.
