How Our Cleaning Process Works
Here is a great visual guide to our LOW PRESSURE cleaning process, while this explanation has been simplified, rest assure that your home will look "like new" when we are done!
Low Pressure and High Heat are the key!!! The cleaning process we use safely cleans all types of surfaces. Contrary to the common practice of many inexperienced pressure wash contractors, our goal is to clean your house using as little pressure as is possible. This virtually eliminates concerns of water being forced behind siding, paint being blown off, and water being pushed in around windows and doors.
Our "High-Heat - Low Pressure" cleaning process is both safe and effective allowing us to achieve superior results without the threat of any damage. Our cleaners are effective at removing mold, mildew, dirt and grime yet are eco-friendly, biodegradable and safe for people, plants and animals.
The newest edition to our house wash process is our complimentary High-Volume window screen flush which safely removes dirt, dust and grime without damaging your screens and with no window cleaning fees.
Our process ends with our EXCLUSIVE Mildew Preventative Treatment!
Our pressure specific process will protect every surface we are cleaning, we have highly trained technicians that understand that each surface needs to be treated differently. Additionally, our technicians use the highest quality, professional grade detergents that are eco-friendly and safe for your entire property but most importantly, your children and pets. We only use detergents and other cleaning agents that are approved by the US Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Please visit our Tech Page for our Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on our detergents.
We have great success removing almost all surface stains and pollutants from your property, but on occasion there are some stains (i.e. rust or hard water stains) that can not be removed with our process. Sometimes the pressure required to remove certain stains would cause more damage to the surface and that is something we are unwilling to take a chance with.
Let us know if your home has any unusual stains, leaking windows or doors so that we can address them accordingly and provide you with the best results possible.
